Like clockwork, she meticulously inspected my car, checked for expired stickers, and opened my service request within five minutes of my pulling up in the bay. My car was being pulled up into the maintenance bay before I walked out of the facility. Her professionalism is impeccable, and she genuinely strives to deliver to customer expectations. I was fed updates throughout the entire service and picked up a clean car at the time it was promised. I sincerely believe such customer service is noteworthy of mention because it is nothing one can take for granted these days. The level of excellence and professionalism delivered so eloquently by Ms. Lillian is practically lacking and nonexistent in some institutions I have patronized in the past.
