I had a very bad experience with this dealership when I went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. We had agreed upon a price via e-mails before I went to buy a car from them. but these guys went to buy a new 2012 Honda Accord EX-L with Navigation. Despite a very rocky experience with the internet sales staff at Hendrick Honda, I was finally introduced to Kevin Flores. Kevin helped correct certain issues related to an agreed upon price and then bent staff at Hendrick Honda, I was finally introduced to Kevin Flores. Kevin even waited for me at CARMAX to ensure I had a ride home if I sold my trade-in there. Very professional, courteous, and an exemplar of customer service, Kevin is to be commended. Was planning to go next door to Toyota; Kevin was returning from the lot from talking with another customer and greated me with "do you you need help with anything". I described the kind of vehicle I was interested in; I am older so I wanted something easy to get in and out of with decent mileage, leather interior and reasonable price. Kevin said before we go inside, would you like to look at this Crosstour and see if this doesn't meet your description. IT WAS PERFECT - price, leather, features, comfort. We took it for a drive and it is an incredible vehicle. Next came negotiations. I had a 2004 VW, a nice car, but it needed transmission work and I pointed that out to him. After appraisal he came back with an offer I was disappointed with. I made a counter offer which could not be met, but after considering the counter/counter, coupled with the already deep discount, I decided to accept. Discussions with Mathias in finsnce were helpful and relatively pain free. When we finished, Kevin put the temp plates on, set up my bluetooth phone access and I was off. Everyone I encountered was courtious, friendly and helpful. So far I am very satisfied. I say so far because I have not driven enough miles to try out their service department. Except to say the car was clean, full of fuel and ready to go. More

We were told by Checkered Flag Honda Virginia Beach,VA that the Pilot we desired was at Hendrick Honda. We called talked to David Alami told him we wanted the Bali Blue EXL/Nav made an OTD offer which was that the Pilot we desired was at Hendrick Honda. First, this dealership is 20 minutes (on a good day) out of our way. We came here because Pohanka Honda has a liar that just wants you in the door. They were interested in "helping" us find the car we wanted not shove us into the car that made them the most. I will say, Guillermo is a great salesman, because my wife was actually opposed to the 2012 Civic because of some of the reviews and was considering a used one or a CR-Z or Accord. But, what her heart has been set on for a few years is an Orange Civic SI Coupe. So without pressure G said, take a look at them and considering the reviews, judge for yourself. So she did and she fell in love with the car. We are not sure why so many people are unhappy with the car, because overall we love the changes. Anyhow, this is supposed to be about G and the dealer and they are GREAT! More

Deciding to purchase a new CRV we visited other dealers and found that the team at Hendrick Honda met our needs. They where advised that the purchase needed to be accomplished in a short period of time but and found that the team at Hendrick Honda met our needs.
