We were intent on working with the internet sales rep, Stephanie, but Brian was available when we got there and she was busy in the office. Today was best experiance I've ever had in a car dealership. I went in for routine maintenance and was greeted by Robert and had everything explained to me and given a time for completion. I explained to Robert that i had to be done by a certain time and when it came to near that time Robert came to me and explained that he could not do the task in allotted time and apologized and told me my entire service and car wash was no charged. I explained that was not needed but he insisted. It was such a great gesture and unheard of to me. I have been a customer of Hendricks Honda for along time along with Acura and love them but this was a great experience. Robert is a Great asset to Hendrick and Honda corp. Customer for life. More
