I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many years. Until recently i felt good about going there.But the last few years have made me re-thin I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many years. Until recently i felt good about going there.But the last few years have made me re-think my options of choosing another dealership. i drove into the dealer to have a 90000 mile service done on my 2008 accord. i sat in my car for 10 minutes only to have 4 service people on the left side ignore me. They all looked up and then turned away. A couple of them even walked away. i then proceeded to get out of my car and ask for help from 1 of the guys. he told me he would be with me shortly and went back to talking on his cell phone. I later found out his name was John.I waited by my car until a guy who i assumed to be the manager sitting in the back yelled to another guy to help me. This guy reluctantly offered to help me.I believe his name was Ray.I then asked questions about the 90000 mile service and he became irritated when i decided that i did not need the entire service, since the majority of it had alredy been done on a previous visit.He then says o me you had me go through all that and all u want is a oil change. I told him that I wanted a manager. He walks to the guy at the desk in the back who gets up and walks away. I then ask for someone else. He walks in the office in the backand comes out and says my boss is busy. I asked for the name of his boss and he throws a card on the desk with a name Rj Crites on it.he then proceeded to tell me that if i didnt want to get any work done that i could take my car and leave. This is the worst I have ever been treated at Hendrick . I did in fact take mycar and will never go back there again. I will tell everyone I kmow about my experience. More

Not only is Mike very knowledgeable, but to your dealership. Mike Debey (I think that's how you spell his last name).. was a pleasure to deal with. This is a quality that has disappeared from a lot of other places that conduct similar business these days and is a "breath of fresh air" when I come upon it. We bought our Honda Accord from Hendrick in 2002. It now has 172,000 miles and has never had a major problem. All service was performed by Hendrick Honda. We are customers for life. It is refreshing to work with individuals who are not trying to "push" an agenda unto their customers for the purposes of getting rid of inventory or hard to sell vehicles. Clyde Parks should be commended on his customer service practices. His forthright, honest, and earnest answers to questions and willingness to accomodate me is a skill and quality that should be emmulated by car sales persons everywhere. His enthusiasm for the Honda product is obvious. It is car salesmen such as he that make customers like me come back time and again. He made my car purchasing experience seamless and worry free. Mark Kueny the Finance Manager, was efficient and made the "signing on the dot" a pleasant experience with no hardsale tactics that would normally put me off. His straight forward approach to affording me the opportunity to obtain additional services available to me without trying to shove it down my throat was also refreshing. Kudos to the entire staff from the floor manager to the detail man extraordinare who gave me a very shiny beautiful car to drive off with.
