I would not hesitate to recommend sending one of my friend to him to purchase a vehicle. Initially I came into the Honda Dealership just to look around, and if I ended up purchasing something, it was a Hybrid Honda Accord I was interested in. After dealing with Robert, I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Touring that I was even more satified with. I knew Robert loyalty was to the company but I also felt a sincere loyalty he had to me and what I wanted. I honestly felt that Robert was very friendly, curtious, honest and deticated to my needs more so then his own. Robert expertise and loyalty to me was the primary reason I chose to purchase a vehicle. So thank you Robert for making my experience with Hendrick Honda a pleasant one. I also want to thank Atanga Mathias for his rapid assistance with getting the job done and making me feel even more satified with the Purchase and Deal I ended up getting. Both of these gentlemen has winning personalities that will no doubt make customers happy with the decisions they make at Hendrick Honda. Thanks Again More

For example - it takes those people over 3 hours to change the oil filter. We had the "pleasure" to deal with Hendricks Honda of Woodbridge twice. Never again! Our first visit was a part of our maintenance plan - oil change. You would think not a big deal, right? Wrong! Despite having our appointment set up days in advance, upon arrival we learned that they do not have the filter they need for our car and that our wait will be about 1.5 hours because of this. Well, 1.5 hours turned into 3 and some change, and then about 30 minutes longer, because they did not perform the procedure correctly and new oil was leaking all over the parking lot. They explained that the oil change took so long because they needed to inspect our car in order to make sure everything was in order and they established that everything was fine (remember this part, it will come up again in a moment). Going back about 12 months earlier - we purchased the car at Jeff Gordon dealership in Wilmington (Jeff Gordon is part of Hendricks). This was the second car we purchased there. Our experience in Wilmington was great! Unfortunately, we got relocated to Woodbridge and our maintenance plan for the car was transferred here to Hendricks. After the oil change fiasco we swore we will never go back to Hendricks of Woodbridge. However, we decided to get another car and wanted to know how much a dealership would give us for the one we had. Having the car serviced by Hendricks (both in Woodbridge and Wilmington) we decided to stop by and get a quick quote. We figured it should not take long since they had all the records available. We were right this time! After a guy named Michael (he said he was a manager) took a ride in our car (not knowing we weren't planning on selling the car to them) and announced to us that there is something seriously wrong with the car. He was questioning the service the car received - THEY SERVICED THE CAR!!! He also said he was hearing some noise underneath while driving - we already had the car test driven in Carmax about 30 min prior and there was no noise there. Realizing that we are dealing with total crook, we asked for our keys back and drove back home - with no noise underneath the car. We are contacting the dealership in Wilmington about this encounter. We are still keeping in touch with the guys who helped us with our cars there and we will be filing a complaint with the corporate about Hendricks of Woodbridge. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of other dealerships in the area and I don't think any of them can be worse than Hendricks of Woodbridge. More
Still charging over $100 for cabin air filter! This dealer still practices the highly unethical practice of charging well over $100 to replace the cabin air filter of late model Hondas. This $20 p This dealer still practices the highly unethical practice of charging well over $100 to replace the cabin air filter of late model Hondas. This $20 part takes less than five minutes to replace on new Hondas (see YouTube), and the so-called "book" price needs to be adjusted to reflect this reality. How are we to trust them when they pull this SCAM? More

Salesman, Moises Urcuy This past weekend I purchased a new 2014 Honda Civic at Hendricks Honda in Woodbridge and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Salesman, Moises Urcuyo, was more than helpful with making my purchase. He was friendly, informative, and overall great man. If someone can make you laugh and make buying a car a good time then they're doing something right. I would certainly recommend others to check out Hendricks Honda and even ask for Moises himself. Again, I couldn't be more satisfied and happy with my recent purchase. Thank you Hendricks Honda and Moises Urcuyo for the wonderful customer service and experience I have received. More
Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this dealership! Stay FAR FAR AWAY from the dealership! You have been warned. Dealerships like this is why people in the car business have a bad rep. Classic BAIT & Stay FAR FAR AWAY from the dealership! You have been warned. Dealerships like this is why people in the car business have a bad rep. Classic BAIT & SWITCH! I'll start off by saying that I have purchased 30 cars over the past 10 years and have never had a experience as bad as this one. When it comes to car shopping, I'm the type of person that pretty much knows what I'm looking for. I go in with a deal in mind, if they can't accomplish it, I walk and we move on and part ways. If they do, then I buy the car. What happened was, I visited "G" on after reading his rave reviews and he presented a few cars that I was interested in. He appraised a trade I had and we worked on some numbers. I told him I did not want to use the trade as a down payment and he understood. We looked at the numbers and I said I was not interested in the car at the numbers he presented. He then asked me what price OTD (Out the door) would I be willing to pay? I stated my price and he said he couldn't do it so I thanked him and left. The next day I get a VM from him stating he had good news and to call him. I called him and he said he was able to make the deal happen. I said great, I'll call him back. I called back and left TWO messages and didn't get a call back. I called the next morning and left another message and I finally got a call back from him and I said I was going to stop by for the second appraisal of another car. I went out of my way from Sterling to go see him and they appraised my car. After the appraisal he comes to me looking a bit confused and concerned and asked me what exactly I was trying to do. I tell him again that I'm looking to trade the two cars in and get the positive equity out of it and put the cash in my pocket. He walked away and came back 5 minutes later with Tarique. Tarique asked me what price I wanted to be at. I told him the same thing I told G two days prior and he said ok and walked away. Minutes later G and Tarique come back with Wais and ask again where I wanted to be, I once again told them. They start to proceed to tell me that it was a misunderstanding and that they thought I was using my trades to get to my "OTD" Price. I told them no, I said from the start that wasn't the case. They then started to play the confusing numbers game. They said it was included in the original quote, which actually puts the deal at $2700 MORE than they first offered, which was a total lie, they have the original quote. Then they offered to that I give them 2k from my trade and they could do the deal. Unfortunately that comes up to $600 MORE than the original offer that I refused the FIRST time I was in there. So not only did they lie to me, they tried to get me for MORE money then the first time! Moral of the story, BUYER BEWARE! Shop elsewhere! Don't let the smile fool you, you're still at a car dealership. A slimy one at that. More
On Feb 17,2014, I gave a car to this dealership that we replaced with a newer CRV and also got a Civic. A month later, I had no license plates and the temp registration was about to expire on the 19th of replaced with a newer CRV and also got a Civic. A month later, I had no license plates and the temp registration was about to expire on the 19th of march. I called 3 times that week and was assured each time that tags were in the mail and to just give it another day. Once the temp tags expired, I called again and asked where my tags were. At this point (over a month after the purchase date) I was called by the director an told my loan was not approved and they wanted the car back. I find it unprofessional that I had to be the one to call a month later and after my temp registration expired to ask what happened. Then I find out that you didn't work my loan correctly and you want the car back??? I've paid insurance on this car, I've had a hit on my credit report for this loan and for the last several days as the car sits with expired tags; I've had to find special arrangements to get to and from work which has ultimately cost me and my wife more money. Additionally, the sales experience went so slow that I had to rush out of the dealership to get to work with a car that did not get cleaned, did not get a tank of gas and features were not gone over with me. Five hours should have been enough to get this done but it was not unfortunately. I would have overlooked the features, gas and cleaning, but now after being let down in many ways and not being told until a month later AFTER I had to call them to ask what was wrong: I'm beyond disappointed. And to make this story even more interested, I was solicited by them in the mail about who they had my pre-approved. This is just not how business should be conducted. While I was at the dealership, everyone was polite and seemingly willing to help. In reality, the entire bunch appears incompetent and has cost me much time and money with no benefit for me. Special thanks to Chinaka who at least attempted to help me during this process but was unable due to an already tainted relationship. Kind of odd how my finance rep "no longer works here" as well. Just not a good experience and in short I do not at all recommend them. More
We bought a used car from Hendrick Honda Woodbridge in October 2013. Our experience with the salespeople was good, after that it was all downhill. The Finance person Mr. Chinaka Achuko, in particular, was October 2013. Our experience with the salespeople was good, after that it was all downhill. The Finance person Mr. Chinaka Achuko, in particular, was much less than helpful with the extended warranties, gap insurance, undercoating etc. He was not forthcoming with truthful information at the sale and afterward when we did not receive our plates on time. They basically gave us a lot of run-around where we had to call them back numerous times, be on hold and the ever popular "we'll call you back". We would not recommend dealing with the finance department at Hendrick Honda Woodbridge. More
AN HONEST CAR DEALERSHIP, where it is actually a PLEASURE to buy a car. Unlike EVERY other car-buying experience I've had, Charlie Warren and Danny Diaz did not hide fees, change amounts, "forget" promises, to buy a car. Unlike EVERY other car-buying experience I've had, Charlie Warren and Danny Diaz did not hide fees, change amounts, "forget" promises, or switch the vehicle when I showed up to buy. And Dennis Card who handled the finances was absolutely unbelievable: it felt like my older brother was coaching me through a contract signing. The lack of self-interest in his advice made each decision a breeze. I went to Hendrick in the first place because my sister recommended a particular salesman who had sold her family two cars at great prices. But I had the same experience with everyone in the place, and realized IT'S THE CULTURE AT HENDRICK to deal honestly with people. My friends are all envious of the pleasure I had in buying the car, and the price I was given. You have to at least stop by Hendrick--you'll notice a huge difference. More
