THIS DEALER LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS. In December 2011 I serviced my car at Hendrick Honda, at which time they told me that I needed to replace my power steering fluid. I declined the service and ended up g serviced my car at Hendrick Honda, at which time they told me that I needed to replace my power steering fluid. I declined the service and ended up getting it done at another mechanic a few days later for half the price. This past week (6 months later), I brought in my car for an oil change. They called to tell me that the power steering fluid needed to be replaced again because it was really dirty. When I told them that I had it replaced it a few months ago somewhere else, they sounded surprised and told me 'they must have done a bad job.' I was skeptical and told them to not change it. Once I picked up my car, I took it to the other mechanic who changed my power steering fluid. He showed me my fluid and fluid from a brand new container; they were the exact same. Hendrick Honda just saw that I had declined the service earlier and brought it up again, despite the fact that I clearly didn't need it. They lie to their customers. I will never go to them again. I basically walked in to the Hendrick Honda Dealer only to look at their used car inventory & ended up driving home with a new 2012 Honda Civic! Kevin Flores was a great sales rep. This sale was completely unexpected. I brought in my previous vehicle for a service appointment when I was contacted by David Alami for a possible trade-in offer for a brand new model. Brian Bishop and his team fell nothing short of being attentive, accommodating, friendly and courteous, let alone working hard to ensure that I walked away with the best purchase price/deal possible! In addition, this entire transaction transpired from my home because I was ordered on bed rest by my doctor -- who would have expected to purchase a new car from the comfort of your own bed?! Although I did have to come in to the dealership a couple times after my purchase, Hendrick Honda has exceeded my expectations overall. The customer service is consistently great and the staff is always friendly and approachable. I highly recommend this dealership -- this would be my second purchase from them in the span of 2 years!
