Guillermo was very helpful and it was very fortunate that he was bilingual. The ONLY thing I wished I was informed about my car was that it's a DX. I was visitng the dealership after a quote from TrueCar. Jackie did great follow-up over the phone and was very helpful and personable upon arrival. Gail then put my plates on and handed me the keys - I was in and out within an hour and a half - amazing! You'd be hard pressed to get in and out of a regular store that quickly. So you have earned my loyalty (and word of mouth as I have already shared my very positive experience with several folks) - so much so that while I wasn't necessarily considering another Honda to replace a second car - I'm seriously considering now. Tonight I purchased my 3rd car from Hendrick since 1998....all CRVs....I had not planned to buy a new crv 2012 in that my 2009 was perfectly fine. Dave Alami called and said they were in need of good 1998....all CRVs....I had not planned to buy a new crv 2012 in that my 2009 was perfectly fine. Dave Alami called and said they were in need of good used CRVs and knew mine was a well kept one.... and had been serviced there.....I bit.....came in and negotiated a deal I could live with. Kevin Flores did a good job explaining things and taking my abuse! I will continue to use Hendrick Honda for service on my car. Their service department is very efficient and plasant also. More
