I took my car in for repair and they told me they worked all day and could not find the problem. The service tech told me he checked my car out himself and even checked it again right before I picked it up. all day and could not find the problem. When I got in my car, I did not even fasten my seat belt, but immediately went back in and got the service tech and showed him the very obvious problem. Although I was not charged , I feel they actually did not even look at my car and I feel lied to. Now I do not trust them or know what to do to get my car fixed. They had my car 2 days for this. This was not warranty work but a repair I was ready and willing to pay for. I am also surprised at their practice of no paperwork, signature authorizing work, or receipts. When I called on day 1 to check on my car, I did not feel like a welcomed customer. I was merely checking on my car and not pressuring for it as I have a second car to drive. I just needed my car fixed. More
Neuwirth Motors in Wilmington NC is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I don't know if the people working there are really incompetent or if they just don't know what customer service is? have ever dealt with in my life! My wife purchased this car brand new and within the first 15k miles it had to have engine mounts replaced, lower control bushings replaced, the interior is tearing at seams, A/C has leaked water and soaked the interior flooring causing mold to grow in the carpets, windshield brackets where put on wrong from the factory, and more! I understand that mistakes happen and things brake but this is ridiculous! Fixing all these problems could be better if the Employees at Neuwirth where easier to deal with! For example when they (Neuwirth) fixed the interior that was damaged they put in the wrong part, which if you are colored blind I could understand but it wasn't even the right color!! Do they not check their work? Or better yet have a "manager" checking to make sure job was done right? The water the A/C leaked on floor still has not been replaced? Problems all around! So if you are thinking of buying a new or used car from them think again! Unless you enjoy being frustrated and being treated with NO respect than Neuwirth Motors is for you. If you are a normal human being then STAY AWAY FROM Neuwirth!! More

I cannot believe this place is still around, as every time I mention them, someone shares their own, TERRIBLE experience with me. It is almost like they are INTENTIONALLY RUDE and they are certainly not knowledgeable. I've dealt with Rippy before, who is semi-shady, but Neuwirth makes Rippy look like a monestary. We have been dealing with the service center for quite some time. We absolutely can't ignore the extreme lack of respect and rudeness from the service manager, Greg. Everyone else is polite and seems to actually care about the work that is done, but I have never experienced such shocking customer service as this. I have even been on the phone with him explaining a problem and I have heard him mumble to his employees in the background while still on the phone with me! I can not believe he is a manager. I think Neuwirth needs to wake up because we will never be back as returning customers as long as he is there. Unacceptable. More
