False advertising On June 17, 2017 I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler into the dealership for a repair that the dealership said needed to be complete. The estimate was $35 On June 17, 2017 I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler into the dealership for a repair that the dealership said needed to be complete. The estimate was $350.00. The $350.00 estimate was given the last time I brought the vehicle into the dealership. After I told the dealership specifically what I wanted to have done for repair work, I noticed that 3 additional maintenance repairs were added to the ticket. I refused to sign and stated I wanted the $700.00 in additional work removed. They complied with the removal of the additional claims, and stated that the seal axle drive shaft repair was actually a factory recall. I said okay since you have the vehicle anyways, please change the oil, inspect it, and flush the transmission. Upon pickup, I was told that if I signed up for a credit card I would receive a $100.00 credit. I applied for the credit card and was denied. I was shocked and embarrassed, I have a 796 credit score and my family makes $150k a year. I asked if I would receive a letter stating why I was declined? Catherine Croom stated I would receive a letter by mail. I was really bothered by this denial, I have had excellent credit for 30 years and though maybe someone had stolen my identity. The next morning, I arrived at my office and received a call from Neuwirth stating I had been approved for the credit card and there must have been a glitch in the system. I stated I no longer wanted the card and was told it was too late. I then asked for the $100.00 credit which was the only reason I applied for the card and was told that I would need to purchased something else to get the credit. I have a very strong suspicion that this is a scam that the dealership runs to get people to open credit cards but not deliver the $100.00 credit that was advertised. More

Larry and I went to Neuwirth Motors to just look at jeeps. After looking at the used jeeps, we decided, with the help of our salesman, Jeff Williams, to look at the new ones. Jeff spent a lot of time giving u After looking at the used jeeps, we decided, with the help of our salesman, Jeff Williams, to look at the new ones. Jeff spent a lot of time giving us all the information on the jeep and its good qualities and the fact that it keeps its value if we ever decide to sell it. We spent a lot of time, not in him 'selling' but making sure we were sure about a jeep. His patience was admirable, especially with two 80+ year olds . We think he negotiated for a fair price for our 2014 ford truck with little mileage. We would highly recommend him for his knowledge, patience and courtesy shown to us. We are happy buyers.
