Not trustworthy at all! Neuwirth Svc had my 2014 Jeep Patriot for almost a week because of numerous codes (had issues on and off for 6 months). Their diagnosis was a fuel s Neuwirth Svc had my 2014 Jeep Patriot for almost a week because of numerous codes (had issues on and off for 6 months). Their diagnosis was a fuel sensor, a 30,000 mile maintenance service and a fuel flush. I only had the sensor fixed (the part was only $52 but my bill was $289) because The other 2 services didn’t seem to make any sense or relate to the problems that I had been having. Picked up the Jeep and still had problems. Tight steering wheel, random lights coming on, trouble starting it. Called Neuwirth Service and they stated that I needed to have the 2 services done (at their shop because they couldn’t guarantee results of another shop) before all issues would be gone. Went to AutoZone Right around the corner and they tested my battery. It tested at zero. I needed a new battery! How did Neuwith Service not find this? While the gentleman at Auto Zone was switching out the battery he noticed that I was missing the cover for my engine. I have gone back to get my missing cover and Neuwirth Service can’t find it. One has been ordered. I asked to speak to the service manager and after discussing everything with him (Matt Brown) he said they will call me on Monday and he offered me a free oil change. I declined because I do not want anyone from their service department touching my car again. Overall....they told me I needed 2 additional services to fix my problem and they were wrong. This could have cost me about $400. Then I still would have had a broken car. They avoided or completely missed the simple solution to the problem. So either Neuwirth Service is trying to make some money or they are not very smart. Neither works for me. . On top of the fact that they did not put my Jeep back together completely. I am now worried about all of the other parts! Both of these things caused my experience to be the worst I have ever had with a service center. I will never own another Jeep because of Neuwirth Service. More
