We have been dealing with the service center for quite some time. We absolutely can't ignore the extreme lack of respect and rudeness from the service manager, Greg. I have even been on the phone with him explaining a problem and I have heard him mumble to his employees in the background while still on the phone with me! I can not believe he is a manager. I think Neuwirth needs to wake up because we will never be back as returning customers as long as he is there. Unacceptable. More
