Drew has been outstanding with helping me with the initial problems and now the recall "park" problem. Drew is very up-to-date and very knowledgeable with current vehicle issues, and in his mild mannered approach, gets things done when promised, follows-up with the customer shortly after repair is handled, and just an excellent asset to the Neuwirth Service team. Drew has the abilities to diagnose problems and gets the cure handled the first time around. Drew is a gentleman, and I hope that Drew continues to be MY Service Supervisor and Service contact. More
