Over a years time I had been to the dealership looking at Wranglers. I worked with a number sales associates but just couldn't find the perfect Wranger. I was in the market to purchase a new Jeep, and the Sales Department NEVER contacted me after attempting to contact them. A sale LOST. I, therefore, took my business to another dealership and purchased a new 2020 JEEP Gladiator Overland. I guess selling vehicles are not a priority for this dealership? Or their customer service is just not up to par! If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle, I would definitely NOT recommend Hendrick of Wilmington. I am from out of town and stopped in for a oil change and service on my jeep. I was greeted outside and brought into the service department to the first lady on the right as you go in.
