I bought a new car that had rain sensing wipers that weren't working. I kept getting the run-around like I was doing something incorrectly (so much so that I even believed them for a bit). Then luckily, Catherine helped me (along with Grant) and the sensor was finally replaced (and now works). I wish everyone were as helpful as Catherine and Grant were, but unfortunately they weren't and calls went unreturned. I wish I would have been taken seriously from the beginning.
