I live in Huntersville NC and had a bad experience at the Jeep dealer in Cornelius NC. I decided to call around and came across Hendrick Jeep in Concord. I drove 30 minutes to check them out and was I ever i Jeep dealer in Cornelius NC. I decided to call around and came across Hendrick Jeep in Concord. I drove 30 minutes to check them out and was I ever impressed. I dealt with a number of the Hendrick team and at every stop along the way I was treated with professionalism and enthusiasm. Never was I pressured and buying my Jeep was as much fun as you can have buying a car. Joe Owens, Victor, Sam and Mike were all top shelf guys whom I would recommend to any friend or family member. We went to Hendrick's Jeep in Concord because Jeep makes a fine vehicle and we wanted to buy locally. We have owned two Jeeps in the past. We ask for Jeff McKinney because we had met him on the lo makes a fine vehicle and we wanted to buy locally. We have owned two Jeeps in the past. We ask for Jeff McKinney because we had met him on the lot on Sunday. We made the deal after negotiating. Jeff was very helpful in finding the vehicle that we wanted (dealer transfer in). In July I came by the dealership just to look around. My car had been totaled and I needed another car fairly quickly. Preston was the first person to greet me. He was outgoing and friendly. Since I did not car had been totaled and I needed another car fairly quickly. Preston was the first person to greet me. He was outgoing and friendly. Since I did not know what I was really looking for, Preston found me a car that he thought I would like and he was right. I was so impressed! Preston was off the next time I came by to look at car again. Sam jumped in and did a great job. Overall, this was hands down the best experience I have had in purchasing a car from the beginning all the way to the closing process. I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends. Stopped by this dealership looking for a new Chrysler T & C. Saw one on their lot that I like and negotiated a deal for it. This was around 5:00 pm on Friday, Aug. 2, 2013. I told them that I needed to go home and discuss this with my wife. I would let them know for sure the next morning at 9:00 AM. We decided to get the car, and I called the next morning (Saturday) at 9:00 AM Paul Boyd said it was still available and I told him we would take it. He said OK. We drove 23 miles from my home to the dealership. When we got there, after an extensive wait, Paul Boyd came out and told us that the vehicle we had chosen was sold. Needless to say, I was furious! We left the dealership disappointed. Then next Tuesday, Paul Boyd called me and said they had the same vehicle, but in another color. I had wanted a red one, but this one was Steel metallic. I told him, we would take a look at it if he could hold it and not let the "little ole lady from Pasadena" buy it before we could get there, We leased the vehicle (maybe I should not have) but I still wanted the red one and was given no logical reason why we couldn't. To this day it is shown as an available vehcle on their website (Aug. 19, 2013) I know for sure because of the VIN number. Anyway, I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. More

On behalf of my company, Orange Bakery, Inc., I searched the Hendricks company website for a vehicle. After contacting the branch I was informed that the vehicle I had seen was unavailable and was offered a the Hendricks company website for a vehicle. After contacting the branch I was informed that the vehicle I had seen was unavailable and was offered another option, one that was more than $4,000 than what I initially searched for. The sales associate that I spoke with was professional and very helpful. My director made an appointment for the following Saturday of that week to view and test drive the the vehicle. He, my director, was told to write a check, that was not to be cashed, to hold the vehicle until a complete payment was made - the vehicle was to paid in full out right. The following business day a full payment was made and we were told the vehicle would be ready for pick-up on Thursday of that week. We were contacted and told that the vehicle would not be ready until Saturday. We were also told that Monday that the check for my director would be available for pick-up when we picked up the vehicle on Thursday. We were fine with the vehicle not being ready for pick-up later. I and and associate were sent to retrieve the vehicle and the check. Once we arrived we were greeted by Jeff. We explained to him that we had been working with Derrick and he informed us he was off for the day. He told us he would locate the keys to our vehicle. He brought us back a book with a key and we proceeded to explain we were also there to pick-up a check. He then copped an attitude, which was completely unnecessary. Another gentleman, Gerald, came up to us while Jeff, obviously feeling inconvenienced, went to inquire about the check. Gerald was very nice and welcoming. He asked if we needed anything and gave us a place to sit while we waited on Jeff to return. It was then that we noticed Jeff had given us the wrong key and owners manual. After coming back Jeff was rude and explained to us that he didn't know where the check was and could not get in contact with Derrick. He then explained how he couldn't find the spare key to the vehicle and explained he would go pump us some gas - very unprofessional. Gerald explained to us that we could speak to the finance associate you had on duty. We finally were able to speak to him, but Jeff intervened and explained how he already explained the situation to us. We waited for a total at your facility for a total of 2.5 hours before we got to a resolution. Your associate Jacob was very helpful and arranged it so we could pick up the check at your sister location. If Gerald or Jacob had been our first point of contact I believe our experience would have been a more positive one. Your associate Jeff, is unprofessional, rude and just plain disrespectful. More
