Well I have to say, this was one of the most pleasurable new truck purchases I have ever made. First my Sales Person, Darren Dennis listened. He did not try to change direction, or act like he knew what I new truck purchases I have ever made. First my Sales Person, Darren Dennis listened. He did not try to change direction, or act like he knew what I wanted he listened. I explained what I was looking for, showed him examples , and he took me to the exact truck I was looking for. I shared with him.I did not want to discuss a payment. I did not want to talk about financing that I wanted an out the door price, bottom line best price you can give me. I expected some game playing, like we always get, however that never happened. He beat the price I had expected !! This was a huge surprise. I let him know I was not interested in financing through the dealership, that I was going through my credit union. Of course, is any salesperson would do.He asked me to give me a chance, so I did, and I was very impressed. Again they exceded my expectations. That was a surprise. Even more enjoyable was working with Todd in Finance, who, by the way, is great person !! Did not play any games when it came to signing the loan. I was not going to pick the truck up for a couple days after I'd actually signed the paperwork. I let them know I'd be there around five p m today. Of course I ended up arriving early, by an hour. While I finalize this transaction with todd in finance, I enjoyed my conversation with him for about thirty minutes. And then, of course, they come in.And tell me, my truck is ready early.And the detail was phenomenal. Thank you, darren, todd, and everybody at hendrick.For this no stress experience !!! More

They took time to show us the vehicles we were interested in, explained the process to us and went over all the details for both vehicles. We thought we would try to secure financing through our Credit union but the finance dept, Scott and RJ both went to work and got the deal done and gave us the terms we were looking for to convince us to buy the Jeep Grand Cherokee L. We have bought a few vehicles from Hendricks and always have had a great experience but this one was the best so far. Everyone went out of their way to make our experience a great one.
