If i could give a ZERO I would . . I just had the most horrible experience at Henderick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Concord NC. I dropped my 2025 Jeep Wrangler off bc I was getting an er . I just had the most horrible experience at Henderick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Concord NC. I dropped my 2025 Jeep Wrangler off bc I was getting an error code on U connect (navigation screen) and my back camera was not displaying. The screen would go black when I was driving ., I told them that it needed to be driven as it was intermittent. Well they had my Jeep for two days and when I called and spoke to my service advisor(it took 3x for him to call me back)he said they drove my Jeep several times and did not get the code. They wanted to keep it another day . I said no I will be picking it up . Well I am glad I picked it when I got in my jeep I noticed the mileage was exactly the same as when I dropped it off. I can’t believe they had the audacity to lie to me and said that they drove it; when clearly they didn’t. I was even given a receipt at checkout showing the same miles when I checked in and out. I will never bring my Jeep to this dealership again! More

I’ve purchased numerous vehicles from here, and I’ve had some mixed experiences across different departments over the years. Recently, I had a pretty significant and annoying ongoing issue with a vehicle I some mixed experiences across different departments over the years. Recently, I had a pretty significant and annoying ongoing issue with a vehicle I bought brand new in 2024. The service department and the body shop persistently dropped the ball. Thankfully, Chip Olin (who is now at a different dealership, but still a great guy who was super helpful), David Kennelly, and Ryan Burton jumped in to make the situation right. They put me in touch with one of their best salesmen (I don’t say this lightly), Jeffrey Stark, who really made my crappy experience much better by going above and beyond. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and honestly made this the most easy and painless experience. Brandon was AWESOME! I brought my Tundra in for an inspection and although Toyota was across the street, he took my vehicle in with no questions.
