After having bought at least a dozen vehicles over the last 30 years,this was easily the most gracious and most satisfying experience yet. The Hendrick reputation is very well deserved from the sales mana last 30 years,this was easily the most gracious and most satisfying experience yet. The Hendrick reputation is very well deserved from the sales manager Leland, to my empathic sales associate, Cory Lyle,to the finance manager Bill Yeatts. Each was genuinely interested in seeing that the process go as smoothly and as amiably as possible, and you could tell, and they did it quickly. When I was concerned about the color, from the indoor showroom lights, these guys actually insisted on moving the vehicle outside, so that I could be certain. "Unbelievable" At least I now completely understand what true professionalism is in the auto dealing industry. More

I started off at another Jeep dealership, but I could not get a straight answer from them and they were just rude and carefree, I went to Hendrick Jeep, and as soon as I walked everyone was friendly and prof get a straight answer from them and they were just rude and carefree, I went to Hendrick Jeep, and as soon as I walked everyone was friendly and professional. Went in for a used car and came out with a brand new one. Shane was great, very courteous and great personality. Finance manager was the best getting me a low interest rate as well.
