We bought a brand new Town and Country. We had an extremely easy experience. We were in and out in a few short hours with our new car. I have bought many cars in the past but this was the most pleasant and easiest purchase I have ever made. The staff was great and I was in and out of there with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee in less than most pleasant and easiest purchase I have ever made. The staff was great and I was in and out of there with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee in less than three hours. I have never been treated as nice and without any stress!!! Leland made it possible for me to make a title-to-title trade. I got what I wanted, and he got my '08 Compass with 37,600 miles on it. I like Henderson dealerships. The Hendrick reputation is very well deserved from the sales manager Leland, to my empathic sales associate, Cory Lyle,to the finance manager Bill Yeatts. Each was genuinely interested in seeing that the process go as smoothly and as amiably as possible, and you could tell, and they did it quickly. When I was concerned about the color, from the indoor showroom lights, these guys actually insisted on moving the vehicle outside, so that I could be certain. "Unbelievable" At least I now completely understand what true professionalism is in the auto dealing industry. More
