Complaint #1 - Date of Service , March 3, 2013 I brought my 02 Jeep Wrangler in for a oil and fil This is WHY I gave you a very bad rating. Complaint #1 - Date of Service , March 3, 2013 I brought my 02 Jeep Wrangler in for a oil and filter change. The service advisor ( Dumbaugh ) said that from my last visit it shows that I had a rear pinion seal leaking oil. Do I want to have it fixed today? He also said that inspection was due in about three months, do I want to go ahead and get it inspected? I told him that I didn't think the pinion gear was leaking oil that I park the Jeep on cement and I have never seen oil on the cement. I also told him no for the inspection. Who going to go ahead and get a inspection when you have three months before it is due? After service work was complete Dumbaugh said that the pinion seal was still leaking oil bit didn't need to be taken care of at this time and my paper work said that I had oil leaks. The only oil leaks that I had was from where the oil and filter was changed and they didn't attempt to clean up the oil that had run down the side of the block when they took off the filter. They also didn't attempt to clean the oil that had run around the oil pan while draining the oil. I had to clean this mess up when I got home. I also checked the pinion seal and it was not leaking, no sign of oil around the seal. Cost to replace pinion seal, $137.00. Why are you trying to rip me off for a pinion seal when it don't need replacing? Complaint #2 - Date of Service, March 6, 2013 Brought my 06 Jeep Cherokee in for a front end alignment. After about an hour the service advisor (Sciranko) came to me and said that a bolt was broken on the lower control arm. He took me back in the garage area and showed it to me. I asked who broke it, and he said the guy doing the alignment . Well, since your guy broke it , it should be fixed at no cost to me. He said that the lower control arm would have to be replaced in order to fix it and I would have to pay for it because they couldn't help that they broke the bolt. He said that it would cost $ 579.95 to replace and install control arm. I took the Jeep home and took out the broken bolt in about 30 minutes. I came to the dealership and bought a replacement bolt for the control arm, less than five bucks. Two days later I brought Jeep back to the dealership and had the front end aligned. My problem is when you break something you should fix it at no cost to the customer. The second problem is , if the tech knew what he was doing , he could have taken the broken bolt out. The bolt went straight thru the control arm with a nut on top. All he had to do was put a wrench on the nut and loosen it. I still can't believe that they were going to charge me $579.95 for a lower control arm when all it needed was a new bolt. Another way to rip somebody off. WHAT HAPPENED TO QUILITY CUSTOMER SERVICE ? If I have to check behind you every time that I come in for service work, I don't need you. I especially don't like the idea that you want to change parts that don't need changing and you think the customer should be responsible for what you break. Another thing, if I going to be charged for shop supplies, by all means use them to clean up the mess you make. What I want is for you to take my name, phone number, address and any other information that you have on me off your system. I will never do business with Hendricks Jeep again. If you are told by the dealer that you need repairs and it is going to be costly, please check it yourself or go somewhere else and get a second opinion. It may save you hundreds of dollars , like it saved me. More

I have dealt with MANY new car dealerships in my life and I have to admit that the experience I had with Cory and Joe was exceptional. If you want to be treated with respect, this is the dealership to go to. I also brought my car in for it's first free oil change and the professionalism of the dealership pours into the service department. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Richmond, and me service advisor was Mike. They are assets to any service department! More
Recently purchased a new town and Country from Hendrick Chrysler. The experience was excellent overall, from my inital visit through my return visit to make the purchase. I worked with Paul and Derek on the sales side, and both were very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. They both worked quickly to meet my parameters for a fair deal on the price of the car as well. After the deal was agreed upon, I worked with Mike on the financing side. Once again, another very friendly and knowledgeable person to deal with. Explained the service contracts and insurance that they offered without being pushy about any of them. Was also very quick and detailed with his paperwork. Once the financing was complete, the car was waiting for me outside the dealership, already cleaned up with my license plate transferred over. The dealership itself is very nice, clean, and modern as well. Over all, an excellent place to purchase a car! More
We first contacted Alan after seeing a truck we were interested in on-line. We wanted to be sure the vehicle was still on the lot before we took a one hour trip to Concord. Alan checked on the computer but said he wanted to actually go out on the lot and physically make sure it was still there. He immediately called us back and told us to come on because it was there. When we arrived, he had the truck pulled up to the front of the building, and we were immediately in love with this truck. Alan took us for a test ride and took care of reaching an agreeable price by working with Mark Wright, the finance manager. Alan was very personable but at the same time very professional. Mark then took over, and even though we were not financing, he took a considerable amount of time to discuss warranties and complete all paperwork. He also was very knowledgeable and informative, and we left the dealership feeling that we got a very fair deal and excellent service. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler which I scheduled one (1) week in advance a service appointment for my normal oil change and a tire rotation. I also asked for help with a water leak on the driver’s side onl week in advance a service appointment for my normal oil change and a tire rotation. I also asked for help with a water leak on the driver’s side only. I had noticed water standing under the floor mat water and vacuumed it out with a wet dry vac prior to my appointment. Your service found a Tech Advisor on the issue and installed new Front Door Weather strip, tested with water and found the problem was resolved. The total time in service was approximately 2 1/2 hours. My issue is that the car was returned to me with standing water in the floor board on the driver’s side. No attempt was made to vacuum out the water or dry the carpet. I was told I would have to bring it back and they would remove the carpet and dry it which does not make common since, the mold and mildew would just sit there till my return. I feel the job was half done and since I purchased the car new at this dealership I would think some attempt would have been made to at least dry the interior. I had to drive home and finish the job myself. It seemed by my conversation with the service writer that nothing could have been done but I think it was just poor service and since this is a newer car with an admitted issue that some care would have been performed to return the car to me with work completed, I asked that some attempt be made to dry interior at the time of my initial interview. Just make sure you get what you asked for and that they finish the job! More
My first impression was the dealer was attentive to my needs. As we progressed further thru the deal it seemed harder to get the same attention as when I first walked thru the door.
