I have been sold one piece of junk and line of xx after another so when I pulled on the lot I was prepard for the lines as I aproached the sales team to see who pounced but instead I was greated by a suprising experiance. Jason did not try to feed me a line of bull or show me my dream car in a 2012 that I couldn't afford or a car that didn't fit my needs instead he said let me show you this van and you tell me what you think of it. I did not feal pressured or like I was being haggled. He actually did find me my dream van only it was at the right price. I feel like I stole it I have found my dealership for life and my car dealer. When I am ready for my daughters first car I know where I will go and who I will see and when I am ready for that brand new car I will buy from them. Thanks again we love our New "used" van. More

We went to purchase a mini van knowing full well that we have very bad credit,very little money to put down, and still owed a lot on the car we wanted to trade in. After looking at the vans we decided to tr have very bad credit,very little money to put down, and still owed a lot on the car we wanted to trade in. After looking at the vans we decided to try and fully expected to get a no as soon as they ran the credit reports. Instead of saying no they took the time to search the data base for what we wanted in a price we were willing to pay and then said lets try it. After submitting to all of the lenders and getting turned down they finally got one willing to tell them how much they would lend us. When they told us that we could not get the van without a lot more down they didnt just say good bye instead they told us what we could get. At first we simply said no and they said ok. There was no pressure to go with the other options they let us make that decision. We did decide to go with the option of a car that had more space than our current car. And so they continued to help us and even through in some tinted windows for us to keep the sun out of the kids eyes. We had a great experience and would go back for our next vehicle purchase. These folks are willing to keep trying so that you leave happy not frustrated. More

I took my Chrysler van in for an initial power steering hose replacement. It was replaced although several days later I started to notice a fluid stain in my driveway which progressively got worse. I took hose replacement. It was replaced although several days later I started to notice a fluid stain in my driveway which progressively got worse. I took my van back in to this dealership thinking it was a brake problem only to find out the serviceman did not tighten the end of the hose he replaced. This took all day waiting to hear what the problem was. The service dept did state to me that the serviceman forgot to tighten the hose end. However, when I got the van home I started to notice the power steering was getting noisy. I checked the power steering reservoir only to find it completely empty. Okay they tightened the hose, but do I have to hold their hand to get them to fill the reservoir back up with fluid too. Come on guys ! What xxxxxx with a wrench did you people hire or is this typical of the service quality you offer ? Signed Never touch my vehicle again ! More
I recently got a used car from this dealership. One of the floor mats was missing. They didn't inform me about that. After I finished the paperwork, I noticed that the floor mat on passenger side was miss the floor mats was missing. They didn't inform me about that. After I finished the paperwork, I noticed that the floor mat on passenger side was missing. When I showed that to the sales agent, he promised that they will send me a new set by mail. I tried contacting them by email and phone many times, but didn't get any response to my email or voice messages. It is extremely difficult to contact them by any means. Finally after a month they said that they couldn't send one. I would have been happier if they said that they can't send the floor mat straightaway. It would have saved me lot of time and unnecessary calls. I am disappointed that they didn't inform me before buying the car, made false promise after I brought it to their notice, and not responding to my calls or emails. I would not recommend this dealer if you are looking for honesty and good service. More

I enjoyed the straight forward approach to my situation, and the honesty of what could be done and what couldnt. My observations of these tactics by others disgusted me, which is why I left that industry and it's why I expected the same callousness toward me on my new car purchase. I couldn't have been more wrong! From the start, Lee Brown was relaxed and thoughtful, answered all my questions, let me test drive numerous times and sort of stayed in the background; close enough to answer any questions, yet gave me plenty of breathing room so I could "marinate" and think about what would be best for me. I felt Mr. Brown was fair and honest. No salesman games or gimmicks. Absolutely NO PRESSURE was applied to me during this process. Then it was time to go to Financing and Insurance (F&I) and speak with Michael Castelli. From my previous experience in dealerships, I know THIS portion of the purchase process is really where a customer can get taken advantage of by the finance people trying to add a bunch of superfluous add-ons (some are valid, but many items are ways to generate larger commissions). So I braced myself, waiting for the barrage of all the things I would be asked to add on to the deal. Once again, I couldn't have been more wrong! Mr. Castelli was great; friendly and efficient - he instantly made me feel comfortable. He took care of all the required paperwork very quickly and asked if I'd like to hear about extended warranties. When I indicated "no", he moved on and wrapped up the paperwork and I left to get my new Jeep. I was truly stunned by this, as I've never seen an F&I person really listen to and respect the customer. They typically come at you from another angle until they wear you down. Something of note - both Mr. Brown and Mr. Castelli are quick to respond to follow up emails and calls. Their great customer service doesn't end when you leave the car lot, and that makes such a difference to me! I came away from this experience feeling that I had the rare experience of dealing with two men of integrity on this purchase. However, from what I can tell from the reviews of this dealership, my experience at Hendrick of Concord isn't rare at all. It looks like every customer benefits from this higher-level way of doing business. I will most certainly work with Mr. Brown and Mr. Castelli on my next deal and will highly recommend them. -- I also want to add a big Thank You to Linda. She called to make sure I was happy with the purchasing process and to see if I had any questions. She was a huge help, making sure an important document I sent was put in the right hands.
