The back-and-forth negotiating the deal was kept to a minimum which I fully appreciated given the fact that I was buying a car in between my son's tournament basketball games. I didn't even have the car that I was trading in with me. Lee offered to drive my new vehicle (50 minutes away, over an hour and a half round trip) to my residence and drive my trade back to the dealership. How's that for customer service! In the end, I got a great deal on a great car that I love. I would highly recommend Hendrick Chrysler Jeep and specifically Lee Wells. More
This is our second vehicle from Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Concord. This time I have insight into their service after the sale as well, which is superior too. The service department is fast, helpful, and can be a great partner along the way, long after the sale is over. Jeff Dumbaugh in service can not only help you with the car you bought from them but other cars you own as well. Lee Wells took care of us from sales, Victor Rizk made the deal happen, and Michael Castelli from the Financial Services Team who makes the boring paperwork once the sales is done go by fast, and a pleasant experience, are the complete package. We will be back again when it's time for a new vehicle. More

Great car buying experience. I have bought 3 Pilots from Mr. Fowler when he was at Honda of Concord. I was looking for a car for my daughter this time at Honda of Concord and found that Mr. Fowler had moved Mr. Fowler when he was at Honda of Concord. I was looking for a car for my daughter this time at Honda of Concord and found that Mr. Fowler had moved to the dodge dealership so I left Honda of Concord and went to the Dodge dealership just because that's where Mr. Fowler works. He worked with us to get a very reliable car for my daughter at an unbeatable price. Very professional and honest salesman, and I would recommend him and the dealership to any one else. More

So I went to this dealership with a trade in that I knew was going to be tough to trade in and I just wanted some information. One dealer said "I promise I can make this deal work. there is no need to wait was going to be tough to trade in and I just wanted some information. Come in" I scheduled an appointment the next day and drove 35 minutes straight from work. As soon as I walk through the door my sales guy pawns me off to another dealer because he was "dealing with another customer" (ok what is the point of scheduling appointments) but assured me that this new dealer knew everything bout my situation. So I sit down with this new guy (who doesn't bother to tell me his name) and proceeds to tell me he doesn't know what I am trading in or what I ma looking for. He then suggests a car that he shows me the keys to (doesn't bother to even show me what the car looks like) and wants my credit info. I told him "I don't want my credit ran if this deal can not work. I explained everything to you and if this car can work then please don't bother running it" He said: I am sure we can make this deal work. Cut to less then 10 minutes later he comes back and says "Sorry this deal is a no go." So I was lied to by 2 sales reps. I wasn't even allowed to see the car. Wasn't asked if I could put money down or cosigner. and then had my credit score hit. I felt embarrassed and insulted. I don't like to use the word "never" but I will NEVER step a foot in this dealership again More

They were very knowledgeable about their product and went out of their way to help me. They were able to locate a vehicle and an interest rate that was absolutely perfect. They really care about the customers and ensuring the customers are completely satisfied with the entire vehicle purchasing event. This was by far my best vehicle buying experience ever.
