Great Sales Experience I was shopping for a new Jeep for my daughter and I was introduced to Jorgen "The Big Swede" when I arrived at the the dealership. I am a bit of a fr I was shopping for a new Jeep for my daughter and I was introduced to Jorgen "The Big Swede" when I arrived at the the dealership. I am a bit of a frequent car buyer, having purchased over 20 cars over the last 20 years. Jorgen knew the product and features of the Cherokee far better than anyone else we had talked with at other local dealerships. He demonstrated the features and really helped me understand the safety options that were available. He even offered to deliver the car to our house to surprise my daughter and then took pics of her when she was giving Mom and Dad big hugs for the car! Wow, you just don't get that type of service any longer, especially buying a car. I would highly recommend asking for the Jorgen "The Big Swede" on your next visit. You will appreciate his professionalism and superb customer service. More

He is kind, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles we test drove and eventually purchased. My wife bought a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every person we encountered was just like Rick. Joe Owens (GM) introduced himself to us on our first visit and came up to us each time just to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. Bob Whitmore worked hard to get us the deals we wanted and John did a great job of getting us the Financing terms to meet our budget. I cannot imagine going to any other dealership in the future!
