BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER I first must say that in search of a new Jeep ive had some issues. They all could have been avoided had I listened to my family from the start. Hendrick CDJ was so great to work with, and really I hesitate to use the word "work". I sent an email inquiry just as many do, and within no time I recived a phone call and an email with questions as to what I was looking for, info abiut my trade ect. Well the next day it took two phone calls and a couple of emails about my trade and we had found exactly what I was looking for and in my budget. Scott Spainhour greeted me when I arrived from my nearly two hour drive, and everything was good to go with no hassle. He knows his product, made the purchase extremely unstressful, and was very patient with me and my slow credit union. It is so worth it to drive to a great dealer and I recommend everyone go to Hendrick. More

If you're very lucky you get lots of information when you purchase a vehicle but once you leave the lot, you don't always remember that information. Jorgen took that extra time to insure we understood and then gave us the sincere option to call on him at any time. He also followed up with us to see if we needed anything, to see how we liked our vehicles and to see if he could answer any questions. We purchased a Jeep from him last July and when we recently went back to purchase our Ram he asked if I had used the new 'parking' option on my Jeep - he remembered that made me a little nervous and offered to help me at any time with it.
