For that reason alone, I was nervous, but not once did I feel pressure with Tom. He was genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision. There was never any "back and forth" haggling, and he never made me feel like I should be grateful for his hard work. Because he knew I couldn't make the decision by myself, he let me leave. He also knew that there was another car we were considering from another dealership. After I left, I went to that other dealership, and I must say I was never treated so badly. I couldn't believe that there are dealerships out there that still operate as if this was thirty years ago! I felt trapped at the OTHER place, but my only saving grace was Tom's text, asking me if there was anything he could do for me. I was so happy to return , and we finished up our transaction with ease. I would highly recommend! More

As a first time car buyer, I was a little lost but Barry walked me through the process at my own speed and didn't push a purchase on me. He even went to a sister lot to get a car I was interested in so I could test drive it. Barry also helped me communicate efficiently with the finance department, because I had a very unique financial situation. While everyone at the dealership was overly friendly, bringing us snacks and drinks during all the paperwork, Barry went over the top to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I got a great deal on the car, and the process was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Excellent experience My wife & I were in town for the Richard Petty Driving program. In between sessions we decided to stop in Hendrick Auto Plaza for a little muscle car My wife & I were in town for the Richard Petty Driving program. In between sessions we decided to stop in Hendrick Auto Plaza for a little muscle car test driving. During which we were introduced to Lee Wells and Jerry Birenbaum. After a lot of driving, talking and negotiating I cancelled our return flights, bought a 2013 Sparkling red Dodge Challenger and committed to the drive back to Wisconsin. What fun! Both Lee & Jerry were fantastic to work with! They went out of their way to keep us comfortable and engaged in the buying process without being pushy. We had a great experience and will remember this particular car purchase forever. We drove home via, blue ridge parkway, tail of the dragon and Million Dollar Highway. I wouldn't hesitate to fly down for my next car purchase! More
