Dealership lied about new Jeep 2017, crooked drivers seat. I was told that if they got me a red Jeep from another dealership it would drive just like the Jeep I test-drove. If anything was wrong they could fix I was told that if they got me a red Jeep from another dealership it would drive just like the Jeep I test-drove. If anything was wrong they could fix it. I drove it the jeep home a few days later i drove it back and the next there Weeks it sat at the dealership. They failed to tell me that the red Jeep they got me had a crooked front drivers seat. They replaced the seat frame ( bottom and top metal that was twisted along with seat back frames). Over the next weeks they replaced the seat twice! The driver seat does not slide forward and back like the passenger side on my Jeep or the jeep I test-drove. The seat is still not correct. Hendrick refuses to buy back the jeep. It's really sad when a dealership will sell a car they won't buy back. I bought the jeep with 129 miles it has 500 on it now. I am not able to drive it because of the Crooked set my back will not allow it so much pain after driving. If the seat was straight keyword" Straight "and working correctly I would be enjoying my brand new 2017 Jeep Wrangler instead it's it's in the garage gathering dust. Its really sad Chrysler is letting this kind of poor workmanship go out the dealership doors. After going through "Jeep Wave"(No help at all, dragging out the problem. 3 months later from the day i bought it.) STILL Fighting.... Never trust the dealership. I assume Chrysler is aware of it because they closed the case last week. I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't drive because of a crooked seat that came from the manufacturer, that can't be fixed to my satisfaction. I would have never chose this jeep, the dealership chose it for me from Kernersville where it sat sense February. No one wants this jeep not even Hendrick. After sitting in other Jeeps just like mine in Wilmington North Carolina there is something definitely wrong with this jeep. This Jeep sat on the other dealerships lot sense February. I was asked to finish filling out the survey and then opt out of future surveys. Chrysler needs to take a closer look at procedures and my Jeep. The Chrysler person over this District has not even seen my Jeep or talked to me about it. He/she just went on dealership word and that is thaton my case. ... More

I worked with Kristin Watts for online sales, Jeff I recently purchased a certified pre-owned truck from Hendrick Dodge on Bruton Blvd in Concord, NC. I worked with Kristin Watts for online sales, Jeff Stark in the store, and Andy Hicks sales manager. I only visited this one dealership, spoke to one sales person, and bought the first truck I test drove. I had a great experience and they treated me like I was buying a 50,000 vehicle. Not to mention no one could touch their price or selection. Other dealers had 3 to choose from, Hendrick had 27. I will definitely be back. More

Mediocre at best Drove all the way to concord after being told the vehicle I wanted was in stock. Got there and was told it was sold the day before. Classic. Found a replacement that was close but not exactly what I wanted. Asked for the price advertised, was offered 7k more. Frustrating. Then back and forth a for an hour. Eventually walked out and was five minutes away when they called and said they’d do the deal. Definitely didn’t leave a good feeling in my Mouth. Then waited An hour and a half for the finance manager. Was told they wouldn’t adjust the apr on financing the vehicle unless I bought gap and a oil change plan. Felt scummy to say the least. Took two more trips to the dealership to get the accessories that are standard with my jeep as they had been taken out. Never even got a roof removal kit. Never a call from the sales person asking how I enjoyed the jeep. Would I go back? I’m honestly not sure. The customer service was lacking, and the sales and inance tactics left a sour taste in my mouth. The service department was top notch on my second trip to the dealership for the 2nd key the sales force lost to my jeep. There are other jeep dealerships much closer that I would have probably tried in hind sight. Looking forward to when I get the FCA survey on my experience. More
