Long and drawn out sales process but overall ok The whole buying process took a whopping 6 or 7 hours. Took a lot of negotiating but over all they eventually gave me more for my trade than any other place would and sold me the car I wanted at a good price. This is a very busy dealership though so don't be in a hurry. Communication outside of the dealership is slow (email, call backs etc) so if you want to get things done you have to go there. And even then they are slow! They need to get up to modern times on this. Lots of deals done on the phone guys...just get yourselves up to date on this process. I would buy from again. One other HUGE plus about these guys is they are open on Sunday. VERY smart! More

Enjoyable experience I discovered Hendrick of Concord through the Autotrader online. I had spent a lot of time researching for a Dodge Challenger. I visited the dealership I discovered Hendrick of Concord through the Autotrader online. I had spent a lot of time researching for a Dodge Challenger. I visited the dealership and meet their product specialist Omou Jalloh aka O. She was very patient, easy to talk to and informative while showing me the car. She worked on getting me the best price. After I purchased the car I had a question about it, so I called O the next day on her cell phone, not realizing that she was not a work. She was very willing to help with my question on her time off. She is a dedicated employee and a pleasant surprise. Thank you, O! More

I had previously been renting cars for seven months because of the negative experiences that I previously had with car dealerships and even more so wi I had previously been renting cars for seven months because of the negative experiences that I previously had with car dealerships and even more so with a Hendrick dealership at a different location. Needless to say I was reluctant about even wanting to step foot in the Hendrick CDJR of Concord, but I'm glad I did. Robert Boyd made the buying process easy and he was professional, personable and very proficient at completing the sale. It only took a couple hours until I was driving off the lot with the car I wanted. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Hendrick CDJR of Concord. They won't waste your time like many dealerships typically do. More

Hendrick Jeep showroom was very busy that afternoon so Victor, a sales manager, met with us personally and talked with us until a salesperson was available. Lashanda Preston introduced herself to us a few minutes later and was very accommodating, straightforward and helpful in out buying experience. We had friendly negotiations with Victor and Lashanda and left the dealership new owners! I think one thing that makes the dealership work is that the salesperson is paid salary and not straight commission. Working out the financing is always stressful (it is about your money!) however the finance manager we worked with, Stanley Boyd worked out the details without pushing unwanted packages on us. We highly recommend this dealership - specifically because of these three individuals. Greg B. More
October 2015 - best dealership you're going to find! Super team! Shopped 2 other dealerships before coming to Concord. After arriving at the dealership to take delivery, the first dealership waffled $5 Super team! Shopped 2 other dealerships before coming to Concord. After arriving at the dealership to take delivery, the first dealership waffled $5,000 on the price even AFTER agreeing to terms before I arrived! Second dealership offered $6,000 less on my trade-in that the first one did! Clearly, all dealerships are NOT the same. The team at Hendrick Ram (Joe Owens and Paul Boyd) not only gave me the VERY best deal I was going to find anywhere, but treated me with respect, dignity, and just basic common courtesy. Integrity goes a long, long way, and there are still dealerships in the business, in 2015, that think all customers are stupid. Spare yourself the pain and make the trip over to Concord. More
