Too much time wasted and that's disrespectful Applied online for financing. Had an appointment the next day to meet with the financing department. I was greeted by the receptionist who said someo Applied online for financing. Had an appointment the next day to meet with the financing department. I was greeted by the receptionist who said someone would be with me. 30 minutes passed no one came. Then receptionist came back to get information that was already given in the application. Then wanted my drivers license to drive a car that's not even at their lot. We explained we saw it online and it stated in was in Atlanta, Ga. Receptionist stated no if you saw it online it is in our lot here. Only to come back and state it wasn't there. No one that could sell a car or explain my financing ever approached me and I was there over an hour. This is a shame and a disgrace!!!!!! I don't have time for reindeer games and deer in the headlights looks and responses. You should let the receptionist be a receptionist and send a salesperson to sell a car to people that come to buy. I will not go back to this dealer sit and waste time. There are too many other dealerships, don't waste your time here. Also, if you are not wanting to transfer/sell cars from other locations/states don't put them on your website. Be truthful and respectful to the customers that give you a chance because all good things can come to an end. More
