Bad service, dishonorable I am 18 years old and i came in to get my first car, i had 7000 in actual cash not cheek, hard core cash. I got a 2013 fiat 500 from them i was there I am 18 years old and i came in to get my first car, i had 7000 in actual cash not cheek, hard core cash. I got a 2013 fiat 500 from them i was there for awile i was told the car was going to be ready in 30 mins they where finishing up cheeking the car to make sure it was nice for me .It took them longer then 30 mins to get the car ready took more then an hour to finish it. I was happy with the car till monday i came out of class at cpcc central my battery was really hot smelled like rotten eggs. I had to call my dad because it wouldnt start nor would the key release from the ignition. My dad showed up and relised the battery was bad we called and they told us the battery was covered under warrenty i had to buy a battery out of pocket because the car will not start with out a battery . Im a college student i dont have tons of money, the battery for the car was exspensive the autozone people tested the battery said it was bad and i had to buy a new one which ended up being 188. So i bought it put it in and called the dealership i had talked to a lady in service who told me that the battery was covered under the 3000 miles or 3 month warrenty she talked to a manager and said to bring in the receipt and they will reimburse me. I only had the car for 5 weeks and did about 2000 miles on it . The lady said we would be reimbursed for the battery under warrenty and now im told im not going to because i cant bring them the battery to test ? I also was told that they would cover my breaks because they where bad already and i only had the car 5 weeks. I droppend it off at 2pm to get fixed and they told me an hour and a half it will be ready. I waited till 5 had not heard anything back so i called was told that the service manager would get back to me in 10 mins. 30 mins later they call back saying the car wont be ready till 7 . I then was called back and told that they where going to do right by the breaks but wont do anything about the battery. When we asked why they where not going to do right by the battery they said they cant test the battery and that they need the battery . Well when u need a battery to get the car to the dealership autozone asks for the old battery to buy a new one. I was there at 2 i talked to the sales manager who said they would take care of everything and will call and let me know it was ready in an hour and a half why not tell us this when we where there. Im a young college girl who bought a used car that they told me was perfect and everything was good when i bought it only to find out i had bad breakes and already had to buy a battery. If i didnt get my breaks cheeked i wouldnt of known that my breaks where bad and i could of got hurt and knowing that this hendrick dealership let that happen and they dont stick to the warrenty on batterys that they give on the cars and the bad customer service i am receiving i will not be buying my next car from any hendrick dealership and i will not tell anyone to buy there car or there kids first cars from hendrick dealerships because of what i have experienced. If hendrick dealership gave good service, and honored there warrentys and what there service people say to customers and also actually cheeked there cars like they said i would of come back to buy my next car would tell people to come here but now im not a happy customer . I wish i could of gave a 5 but after today i wish i could give a zero but i cant. Be careful buying a car from hendrick and also get battery and brakes cheeked before buying a car from them. More

I'm currently 7 months pregnant, 2 hrs from home, and my car has the EXACT SAME ISSUE that is had when the dealership had it. After paying them to look at my carand tell me all diagnostic tests came out great I trusted these people. I'm going on my second day stuck out of town, and in tears at an airport waiting for family to come get me. This issue will be addressed at a higher level once I return home. Worst buying experience in a while Hendrick is the most ass backwards buying experience I have ever experienced. To begin with I signed on a 2015 Mustang GT and was ready to walk out the door until they recalled their offer after I signed on the car because of an airbag recall. Then I generously decided to give Hedrick another chance and signed on another car... after a month of owning the car they have informed me that they are unable to get the title from the previous owner of the car. What am i supposed to do? More
Up front and honest....refreshing! Long story: My mother sends me a text (I'm in SC) to tell me that my 81 year old father went out the night before and traded their 2 year old van... Long story: My mother sends me a text (I'm in SC) to tell me that my 81 year old father went out the night before and traded their 2 year old van...that was in perfect condition...for a new van. The problem? It cost $200 more a month. I call and find out that the van has fewer features than the other and that now my father realized what he had done. I was furious! I drove up to Hendricks to find the salesperson and rip into him. (He will tell you that I had fire coming out of my eyes). I was determined to get my father's van back and reverse this deal! I met the sales person (Aaron)...I wouldn't even shake his hand. He sat me down and proceeded to tell me the whole story. Come to find out, he really was taking care of my father...who was in the hole BIG TIME from the former purchase (not from Hendricks). Aaron and his manager actually went back and found money that the former dealer didn't give to my dad (refund on GAP, etc...), which went toward this new purchase. I sat with Aaron, for nearly 2 hours figuring out how we could get my dad what he really wanted without sacrificing anything and it costing them more. We did...my father got the van he wanted...and now everyone is happy. I was so pleased with how the folks (Aaron especially) cared about doing the right thing. And my husband was so pleased, that he went the following weekend and traded his car in for a 200. I have always liked the Hendricks dealerships (I own a Toyota from them) and I won't purchase from anyone else! I want to thank Aaron Wishnefsky for being so kind and patient. The BEST! More

I filled out the paperwork and was asked My experience here was the worst I have had at any dealership. I leased a 2017 Pacifica Limited 2 weeks ago. I filled out the paperwork and was asked about purchasing add on protection plans. I declined the plans, and when I looked at the paperwork and it seemed as if the plan was added in but was told that was not the case. After signing the paperwork I asked for a copy but was told I would get a copy when I brought my trade in so they could write down the mileage. I came to pick up the vehicle with my trade in and the interior was not the color we chose. After adamant dialogue that I was NOT going to take that color they agreed to put in the correct interior. I asked for a copy of the paperwork and was told that it was mailed. What????? How could you mail it prior to getting the mileage. Six (6) days passed while waiting for the interior to be changed, but NO paperwork came in the mail. When I went to pick up the vehicle they still did not have the paperwork I signed. I insisted that I was not leaving without some paperwork a manager printed me a copy (unsigned) with almost 3,000 in maintenance plans added on. Besides that when I was checking out the vehicle the stow away seats would not work (probably due to some loose connection when they changed the leather on the rear seats.) While the leather was changed to the black alloy the trim was still beige (horrible looking) together. They agreed to change the trim to match. I now have had the vehicle two weeks and cannot fold down the rear seats, still have no signed paperwork. I got my bill to pay the first note in 20 days however. Only contact I have with the dealer is when I Call them. What a joke. Should have went back to Honda or kept my Benz. I have a New vehicle that I cannot fully use. If things do not change I will address on another level. More
