New 2017 Jeep Wrangler Twisted Metal under driver seat My 2017 jeep was a dealer trade from Chrysler Jeep in Kernersville to Hendrick of Concord. Hendrick picked this jeep not me. It had Twisted Metal und My 2017 jeep was a dealer trade from Chrysler Jeep in Kernersville to Hendrick of Concord. Hendrick picked this jeep not me. It had Twisted Metal underneath the driver seat. The seat is still crooked to this day. Has been in 6 times at two different Jeep certified service departments. It has had 3 or 4 replacement seats. The seat is straight in other jeeps, you put the same seat in my jeep it's crooked. Hendrick dealership staff drove this Jeep over 80+ miles, with a crooked seat. Didn't say a word, and sold it to me. I drove it 12 miles and took it back. Hendrick cannot fix it, told me to take it somewhere else. I did! Every time I took the jeep in, with a crooked seat, it was verified. The seat was at a angled. 6 times now! This dealership had to know something was seriously wrong with this Jeep! Hendrick customer care no help at all. Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep no help at all. These two dealerships should have stepped up and took care of this issue. Replaced my Jeep or gave me back my money. Factory defect my opinion only. Chrysler customer care is a joke. FOR ALL YOUR JEEP NEEDS GO TO KEFFER DODGE ON INDEPENDENCE! They're great! More

Trevor Hollmond was gracious, funny, and extremely efficient in getting us testing driving our chosen van and talking us through all of its features, and preparing all the initial paperwork. And by the time Scott Spainhour, also gracious and entertaining, and knowledgeable, had walked us through signing all the legal documents, Trevor had the van filled with gas, ready to go. Trevor even helped us move all our belongings into the van! Trevor and Scott, thank you. We'll be certain to recommend you two and Hendrick CDJR to everyone we know who is car-hunting. More

Key repair and recall Fantastic treatment. Had to have old keys rekeyed on car then recall wrk performed. Mike Siscoe got me in immmeduatrkt and treated me great. They even Fantastic treatment. They even replaced a small hose on my car, which was very small piece, at no additional charge. Service line tgat is what brings me back and why I highly recommend them. Sun Visor Replacement. Good Service Advisors are your key to an excellent business. Since the purchase of my 300 (new), I have had the opportunity to use several in the mai Good Service Advisors are your key to an excellent business. Since the purchase of my 300 (new), I have had the opportunity to use several in the maintenance department. However I can alway count on Jeff D. I have found him to be very effective in dealing with any concerns that I have with my 300. The one reason that I would continue to buy from Hendrick is the excellent service. I like the new texting I get while waiting for repairs. I think that I did cringe about paying $263.00 for a new sun visor to be installed, however, Jeff explained the process totally. I have never had a sun visor bracket brake and pull out when trying to get it to a location that would allow me to continue to drive my car. A new one was ordered and I can depend on Jeff to follow thru and call me while making sure that the installation of the new one passes a quality check. More

Got what I wanted at a fair price. I saw a great deal on a new Jeep Cherokee online. Knowing that most dealerships can’t give you exactly what you see ( rebates and other offers may not I saw a great deal on a new Jeep Cherokee online. Knowing that most dealerships can’t give you exactly what you see ( rebates and other offers may not apply to you as a buyer), I knew I may not get exactly what I was hoping for. I was wrong. Cory and the rest of the team worked with my budget. They were friendly and honest. I was very satisfied with the way my wife and I were treated.
