Too much time wasted and that's disrespectful Applied online for financing. Had an appointment the next day to meet with the financing department. I was greeted by the receptionist who said someone would be with me. 30 minutes passed no one came. Then receptionist came back to get information that was already given in the application. Then wanted my drivers license to drive a car that's not even at their lot. We explained we saw it online and it stated in was in Atlanta, Ga. Receptionist stated no if you saw it online it is in our lot here. Only to come back and state it wasn't there. No one that could sell a car or explain my financing ever approached me and I was there over an hour. This is a shame and a disgrace!!!!!! I don't have time for reindeer games and deer in the headlights looks and responses. You should let the receptionist be a receptionist and send a salesperson to sell a car to people that come to buy. I will not go back to this dealer sit and waste time. There are too many other dealerships, don't waste your time here. Also, if you are not wanting to transfer/sell cars from other locations/states don't put them on your website. Be truthful and respectful to the customers that give you a chance because all good things can come to an end. More

Never again will I buy from here!!!! First of all we went there because of the ratings they had and the feed back on most of the post. My car got totaled in Nov of 2014. We got the settle First of all we went there because of the ratings they had and the feed back on most of the post. My car got totaled in Nov of 2014. We got the settlement and after Christmas on Dec 27th we went down to look at a vehicle I saw online. We got there and they had already sold the one I saw online and we looked at another equinox there on the lot. With us not having a reliable vehicle, we took the car. Got home with it we started noticing that the car would stall, you would be sitting to turn and it would barely move. I have a son that has disabilities and needed a reliable car and I didn't feel safe in this car let alone having my kids in this car. I looked up the vin # and found the car had a big recall on the transmission. I called the dealership and nothing. Went down to one of the Hendrick dealerships to try and get some help, nothing. Finally I went online to Facebook and wrote a complaint on their page. Then Joe finally called me and I explained the situation to him and he said ok come down here and we will start all over again we will make it a clean slate. To me that meant he would buy the car back and give me the money that I paid in on the equinox back. No they took my down payment and put it towards paying off the equinox and didn't even consider the payments that I made and sold me something that didn't even want because it was the in their words the only car on the lot that we can put you in for around the same payments. Needless the say I had told Joe on the phone what I was looking to get into and we set up a time and date to make this happen. Now I am stuck with a car that I didn't want because when we took the car back to them we had no way of getting home and didn't have the money to call a cab or anything of that nature. To top this whole thing off, On the paperwork to this car it says we have a 2013 and it is a 2012, went to talk to them about this and they said it was human error. No its not when the finance guy says twice the vin is saying it is a 2013. Had to get a new tag because of problems they had with the title. I will not recommend this place to anybody. More
All around bad purchasing experience I live in North Myrtle Beach SC and purchased a 2017 Fiat Spider from Rick Hendrick in Concord because they had the trim package I was looking for and I live in North Myrtle Beach SC and purchased a 2017 Fiat Spider from Rick Hendrick in Concord because they had the trim package I was looking for and they would not trade with my local dealership. I had already secured financing when I called the dealership so all they had to do was process the paperwork and deliver a clean undamaged car. I paid a little extra to have the car delivered to my home which is 3.5 hours away. The car arrived at my home dirty, it did not appear they even attempted to clean it when it came off the truck. It was covered in adhesive from the factory and the windows were dirty. I called my sales person and she said if I paid to get the car cleaned up they would reimburse me, what a disappointment to have your brand new car require a detailing. I signed all the paperwork and the driver said I would get my copies in the mail, well that never happened and 2 weeks later I get a letter from the SC DMV regarding my tag transfer. I called the dealership and they sent the paperwork I needed to send to the DMV. Well then a few weeks later I get a letter from my lien holder that the paperwork was not processed at the DMW. OK another call to the dealership. It gets better when I have an issue with a removal cup holder that is broken and they tell me to go the dealership nearest me because they cannot service my car unless I drive 3.5 hours to the location so they can write up a service ticket. All I wanted was to mail the defective cup holder to the dealership and have them mail me one back. This dealership was horrible at returning phone calls and did nothing correctly during any of this process. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and never has such terrible customer service and just down right incompetence. More

Great Employee in Scott Spainhour! I bought my first Jeep with the help of Scott and absolutely LOVE it! He was patient during my 3 visits and took time to educate me, which was needed I bought my first Jeep with the help of Scott and absolutely LOVE it! He was patient during my 3 visits and took time to educate me, which was needed since I was moving out of the "mom" mini-van mode. I have always wanted a Jeep and am so enjoying driving it. The dealership was efficient; all employees I came in contact with were pleasant and responsive. Scott, in particular was kind, respectful, happy-natured, extremely knowledgeable and embodies the spirit of a Jeep driver! I would buy another vehicle from him in a heart-beat. He is the type of employee who makes car-buying less stressful and brings the joy into the process. I am so thankful it was him who I ended up working with. Hendrick has a great employee in Scott. He has great knowledge of the products inside and out and we did not feel like we were pressured to buy. He presented the facts and let us make a clear decision of what we wanted to do. Because of the first experience we knew where to go when the need arose to buy more autos. Scott answered any questions we had and researched the inventory to meet our needs.
