I ended up giving this dealership a 5. However, it was going to be a 3. It seems that they have little to no customer service skills at all. Being an Office Manager and HR Director, I would get them some training. The biggest issue is that they made us feel like we were at a $2 used car lot, and not a million dollar business. Getting back to Jordan Black & Richard Miller. I never felt that way at all. It was like dealing with old friends, and that is how everyone should be made to feel. I can’t say enough about Jordans over all attitude and knowledge of the car we were test driving. How he was able to get us an out the door quote without any games or stress. Richard was willing to listen to our counter to his offer and not give us the run around, which means we were able to come up with a deal that worked for everyone. I will send anyone that ask me about the dealership the Jordan and Richard specifically. Scott in finance all did what was needed to get us in and out without a hassle.
