I was having some urgent issues with the snow and sub-zero temps and called another Toyota dealer who was unable to get me in (or try). This was previously my favorite dealership but that has changed. My last experience was horrible. I can't believe how much I was charged for an alternator. Terrible experience. Still don't have my truck. Gave me loaner car with terrible tires and now I've been stuck in the snow. Technician overfilled car with oil and now the Still don't have my truck. Highly HIGHLY upset and looking for SERIOUS compensation. Had to get towed out of parking spot in snow costing me money that I wouldn't have to spend if I had my truck. More

After review on 09/28/23. Upon purchasing my vehicle from Heiser Toyota, I left the dealership with my expectations not met and highly dissatisfied. After lengthy conversations with the Director, Brian Crandall, he assured me that Heiser would make things right. Brian was able to coordinate various services needed for my vehicle, have the representative for Auto Amour, Tom Ripple, personally reapply the protectant to my vehicle, and ensure that when I left, my vehicle met my expectations. The service gentleman, Tom Lowther, was personable and wonderful throughout the duration of my service, providing frequent updates. In addition, the Auto Amour representative, Tom Ripple, exceeded all of my expectations. Tom was personable and carefully listened, validated, and effectively communicated all the steps he was going to take to address the concerns I had brought to the Director's attention. Tom also provided frequent updates regarding the process of my vehicle and personally completed a final walk-through. Tom Ripple made sure I left Heiser Toyota fully satisfied and more. The dissatisfaction that I had after purchasing my vehicle has all been corrected, as the director, Brian Crandall, ensured. Additionally, not only have my expectations been met, but Brian Crandall and Tom Ripple continued to go above and beyond. Both individuals took the time from their vacation and day to provide a check-in regarding the service I had received, ensuring it met my expectations. With this said Brian and Tom were able to address all of my concerns, demonstrate effective communication, and exceed all my expectations! More
