Everything was great. The only issue was with the tow to the dealer. when I scheduled an appointment they told me the only time they had available was noon upon arriving I found out that all those who were waiting in the lobby of a ovedrcrowded service floor were also tol time they had available was noon upon arriving I found out that all those who were waiting in the lobby of a ovedrcrowded service floor were also told that noon was the only available and the service advisors weren't even at their desks nor could they be bothered. The service advisor I spoke to Mike was rude when I told him the service I wanted done on my car and declined other services he repeatedly tried to sell me additional services or "inform me" what I needed to do with my car after I informed him I was aware of the service shedule. I was told the repair would take about 2.5 hours and I was given a complimentary shuttle home and told that I would get one back. I had to call and ask about the status of my car about 3.5 hours after dropping it off and got the voice mail of service and left a voice mail asking when my car would be done. at about 4 hours I got a voice mail that my car was ready for pickup. I tried calling back and got the service voice mail again and left one asking when they could pick me up. with no response and the dealership closing in about 1.5 hours I called again and asked to be put through to someone else and they said I'll try to find a ride for you and hung up. 45 minutes later I call and the receptionist instead of putting me through to service when I asked claimed that this was the first time I was calling and was being sassy with me askes some questions and said I'll pass this on to the supervisor and hung up. 20 minutes later and the dealership closing soon I got a ride from my neighbor and after leaving I get a call from the shuttle saying they were outside when nobody called me to tell me they were coming and I had been calling them all day just to try to get my car the same day like they promised me. This was absolutely the worst experience I could think of having at dealership I felt as if my car was being stolen don't make promises you can't deliver on and If you shove someone off the phone and tell them you will do something and forget they will not forget that you left them hanging. More
