very good buying experience Stopped in to look at the 2018 Toyota Tundras. First I cruised pass the line of trucks stopping to take a peek when one caught my eye and decided to Stopped in to look at the 2018 Toyota Tundras. First I cruised pass the line of trucks stopping to take a peek when one caught my eye and decided to walk in and find a salesperson. As soon as the young lady paged for an available salesperson Alex Hall jumped right up and came to greet me. Ended up he had the very best of the Tundra's sitting right next to his desk in the beautiful warm showroom and proceeded to show me the truck. Within no time he pulled around one for me to drive and we both went out for a short ride. Alex followed through with me a couple of times a day and worked on getting me a good price which I thought was very fair from my dealings with another dealer. We weren't able to come to an agreement on my trade but I was able to sell it outright in a day and went back to see Alex about the purchase. Purchased the new truck on a Saturday and it was ready for delivery on Monday afternoon. Overall Alex and the dealership were great to work with. I had purchased a new Lincoln from another Heiser dealership a few years back and also had a great experience there. More
