MANAGER CANT MAKE ENOUGH GROSS, WONT HONOR TRUE CAR PRICE! STORE DOESNT HONOR TRUE CAR PRICING. DESK MANAGER IS TO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING GROSS THAN SELLING A CAR. Came on a TRUE CAR gaurenteed price. Simple STORE DOESNT HONOR TRUE CAR PRICING. DESK MANAGER IS TO WORRIED ABOUT MAKING GROSS THAN SELLING A CAR. Came on a TRUE CAR gaurenteed price. Simple pre negotiated EASY deal. But store somehow doesn't have the car. Ok I'm fine with that and Im willing to take my business elsewhere. But There internet director said we can get the car in about 3-5 days if you leave a deposit, and you can get the true car price. Ok cool, so we do the deal based on a locate. So We write up the deal and once everything was filled there finance managers says " will see you in 6-8 weeks" and he offers us to take the contract to our own bank for financing because he doesnt know how to get an 850 score done with 6000 dollars down at the rate we are qualified for. So Obviously I respond that's not what we agree with, please send over your manager to figure out what's going on. So I wait and wait in an empty store and Desk Manager doesn't want to come over. Ofcourse he doesn't because he can't make any money on a true car price deal. So just lie to the customer and write a Fake deal up. So now I need to go over to the manager (Rex), because he won't come to us and ask him wth is going on?!?!? The desk manager first plays dumb with me, acts like he knows nothing about the deal. I point out to him "I just bought a car 10 mins ago in an empty store. A deal you wrote for 6-8 weeks from now, the deal folder is right next to your hand. I think you know what deal." Oh that deal he says. Yes that one, the true car price one. The one that requires very little work to put together. So all said and done, he tells me he doesn't have a car to locate and I need to order a new 2016 which takes up to ten weeks. At the point I realize this guy doesn't want this deal, if he did he be on the phone locating one, not trying to dish a story about an order out car. So Obviously if he would have said that From the beginning, I would never bought the car. Funny thing is one call to Don Jacobs and he was able to find the car after 2 hours I left Hieser with a refund. Lovely how things workout. I don't blame hieser, I blame the desk manager who works for gross and didn't want to do a gaurentted true car price vehicle because he can't make a profit. He cost the store and his team money. That's what happens when you get rookies working the desk. Lost deals and bad reviews. Which ultimately is from bad customer service. Salesman doesn't get paid, internet manager doesn't paid, finance doesn't get paid, because the desk guy loses gross which affects his "Personal pay plan" well someday hopefully he learns, you gotta take some losses with the wins. Business is an entity, it has no feelings towards hiw much you lose on a deal. Your job is to sell the advertised price. Not put yourself infront of the store. I truly hope it was worth it. Because other stores will honor your gaurenteed true car pricing and be happy to "EARN MY BUSINESS" without paying for the advertisement. You gave business away at your expense. More

I am fortunate to be a member of USAA (I am retired military), and was eligible for a special price for the RAV4 based on my affiliation with USAA's Car Buying Service in partnership with Heiser Toyota. Al was extremely professional, personable, and totally honored the USAA price quoted! On the day of delivery, he thoroughly explained all of the amenities of the vehicle to us, and presented the vehicle to us in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Al treated us with consummate courtesy and respect! I had previously worked with Al back in 2012 when I purchased a new 2012 Toyota Highlander, (which I still own and love), and experienced the same level of superb courtesy and consideration! Great Price and Service I found a car at a great place online and when I came to take a look at the car and the other selections available, I got paired with a Salesman named I found a car at a great place online and when I came to take a look at the car and the other selections available, I got paired with a Salesman named Donnie who did an excellent job. Donnie was not pushy and let me look at the car I was interested in at my own time, which was very refreshing. Overall a very good experience. More
Excellent Stress-Free Buying Experience My husband and I took a short departure from Toyota to try another brand and came back four months later to correct that mistake. We drove an hour to Heiser to look at several certified used Siennas. James was incredibly knowledgable and was able to point out differences not only between the '11 and '13 models at which we were looking, he was also able make comparisons between the newer models and the '06 we traded in over the summer. As with many car buying experiences, the process can be lengthy. Our test drive was scheduled at 6:30 and we decided fairly quickly that we were ready to make the leap and go ahead with a sale. James and Brett from finance were great and kept us entertained, even through the paperwork, and were very kind when it took past closing to get everything taken care of. We would absolutely return to Heiser and want to thank James, Brett and Steve for making our transition back home to Toyota a stress-free and easy one. More
Really nice experience I had a specific car I saw online and I went to look at it. I liked the dealer and Al Hussein was my salesman. I was a little hesitant at first but I had a specific car I saw online and I went to look at it. I liked the dealer and Al Hussein was my salesman. I was a little hesitant at first but he turned out to be a really cool guy. Only thing I didn't like is that he showed up late to work but he called me as soon as he got in. He kept me up to date about my vehicle because I had service done on it. The dealer had a really nice lounge which I took advantage of. I bought a used vw gti. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. More
2 months -no plates or title on new van-titled not to us On June 16, 2015 we purchased a new Toyota Sienna. Two days after our purchase we were called to bring back the license plates they had put on our va On June 16, 2015 we purchased a new Toyota Sienna. Two days after our purchase we were called to bring back the license plates they had put on our van that they were registered to someone else. We were reassured there was no problem with the title. Despite numerous attempts we have not received license plates or title. We went directly to the motor vehicle department and was informed this vehicle was titled to someone else. They informed us that they could not correct this mistake that it must be done by the dealer, as of August 11th they have not received any contacts from the dealer. On August 11th we also went to Heiser the only answer we received was they were working on it. Their General Manager passed us off to the person who was supposedly working on it and he walked alway. It has been a week and they have not called us at all to update us. We have paid money to insure this vehicle and if something happens to this van it probably would not be cover because we legally don't own. This brand new van which is totally paid for has been sitting for two months in our garage unable to be driven- which has caused us great inconvenience and meanwhile things like the 3 month free trial of Sirius has 2 months gone and we have never used because of fear of having an accident with a vehicle we don't own. The least Heiser could do is keep us appraised - extremely poor customer service. We are extremely frustrated, and disgusted with Heiser and sorry we purchased a vehicle from them. More
Craig Strzyzewski - It was a pleasure! I contacted Heiser by email through their website on a Friday. I had found a car that I was interested in for my son that Heiser had listed on Autotr I contacted Heiser by email through their website on a Friday. I had found a car that I was interested in for my son that Heiser had listed on Autotrader.com. Craig contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was still available and he sent me information. We established an appointment for that afternoon and Craig had the car ready when I arrived. The car was clean and well maintained (I appreciate that the Carfax was listed right on the website.) After a test drive, I made what I thought was a fair offer, which was accepted in lieu of my son's approval, as he was to be the primary driver. On Monday evening we came back to the dealership and my son test drove the car and liked it. Craig took time to review everything about the car with my son. He treated my son as if he was the buyer. Craig is a good listener and communicator. He reads people well. It was a pleasure. Frank Balderston was organnized and did a nice efficient job with the paperwork. My son and I thank Frank for his service to our country. More

When I arrived, I fell in love with the first vehicle he chose & purchased it the following day! Scott was awesome, professional, friendly and knew exactly what I would need for my lifestyle. I'd been in the dealership a handful of times, and wasn't truly certain I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. He wasn't condescending, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The evening I decided to purchase my Prius C, I stopped in after a softball game, and had my Golden Retriever Sadie with me. She's a certified Therapy Dog, and EVERYONE there was in love with her. I wasn't planning on getting it then, but Ron and the others were so welcoming for myself and my dog. All in all, I LOVE my new car, and will definitely purchase from them again. I've already passed his information along to a couple co-workers. More
