Only positive this I could say is the gentlemen servicing my car was very kind. But other than that.. my car was dropped off at 8:30am and emissions test was done 15 minutes after and guessing oil change was my car was very kind. But other than that.. my car was dropped off at 8:30am and emissions test was done 15 minutes after and guessing oil change was right after that. So to do the math it was done by 9:45am. Was called past noon telling me it’s getting finished up and paper work is being done. And hour goes past and no call.. so I just went and magically it was just being finished up. Will take my money and business elsewhere. Should’ve listened to the other reviews. Paper work was finally being done when I came in. So it wasn’t done and car was sitting in their lot finished for hours and no car wash! tip? Maybe don’t overbook. And get people picking up their cars as they’re being finished up. The service front desk person was very pushy with getting new tires which they are fine and was very dismissive. Glad to be taking my business elsewhere. More

I came into Heiser for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me I needed front brakes right away and my back bakes were pretty worn also,and should be replaced.I didn't have them do my brakes. I took my vehicle to my mechanic near my house and he said I had about 50% of my pads left and come back next summer.Why would your mechanics tell me I needed them Immediately?Sounds like a scam to me. This Dealership was willing to work with me when almost all other Toyota Dealerships would not. They at least attempted to give me a slight discount off of the sticker price, whereas other dealerships flat all other Toyota Dealerships would not. When Toyota Motor Corporation canceled my Tundra order after 6 weeks of waiting, Heiser personnel went out and found a close match to what I ordered. They were responsive to our needs and concerns. Jorgo and Shahit were fantastic and Jason Learner gave the best vehicle orientation I've ever seen. Finance guy got us in and out as we requested. I'll go out of my way to deal with them again. Drove 2 hours each way to get my Tundra from them. More
