Really great, honest service with Amanda, in sales! She was thorough and consistent with any questions we had. Shahat and Sharde were also very informative on lease terms vs finance terms! Peter went above & beyond for me! I had an issue with water in my door, and Ofcourse I was just out of the factory warranty, he investigated as this was very rare! It was the first time I’ve visited Heiser Toyota, and for sure it would be my to go Toyota dealership from now on. While I was waiting they ever offered me a loaner or a shuttle, as I preferred.
