Unfortunately, we cannot locate any record of your visit based on your username. If it's possible to discuss your visit in more detail, please send a message to our General Manager Gary Jaros with your contact information so that we can investigate and reach out. We strive to make sure that all of our customers leave happy, and we would love the opportunity to discuss the details of your visit and hopefully turn this situation around. This is the crap you get sent after filing a complaint. The old manager must receive a lot of complaints and not reply to them, also this dealership must have a lot of circumstances that customers vehicles are used to run errands for whatever second rate sub-contractors they employ. They know exactly who I am but act like they don't.
