Matt and his staff made sure everything went off without a glitch. I had a nightmare with a glass repair company but Toyota stepped up like always and made me a priority. Chris advised me not to drive my 2008. 4 Runner. Tow truck delivered on Monday after 7 pm. Chris said they would look at it Tuesday morning. He reassured me they can get it back 4 Runner. He explained everything in full detail. I think we shocked him with our reactions to the final cost $3,200. + tax. And on top of that it was ready Wednesday morning. Amazing service!!!! I bought this 4-Runner off the showroom floor 2008. I have NEVER had to take my baby In for anything except brakes at 110,000 and new tires 2 yrs ago. I was faithful with my oil changes. SO that quote was nothing after 16 yrs of a PERFECT vehicle. I will be starting to look for another 4-Runner in midnight blue in about 10 years. Thank you for everything 🌸 More
