Not very attentive and responsive. I called left a message told me she was at lunch after I waited on hold for five minutes, phoned back said she was at lunch and she would call me whe I called left a message told me she was at lunch after I waited on hold for five minutes, phoned back said she was at lunch and she would call me when she returned. She NEVER called me back I called at 4 pm then again at 5:30 when she finally answered gave me wrong information. More
