Twice when the cat brought in for service Heiser performed services which were not authorized, then tried to charge me for them. I may be elderly but I’m not stupid. Never calls back, was told 6 hours on a job it turned into two and a half days. Was told about a day on the next job, turned into two and a half. Left four messages, received zero call backs, found out t into two and a half days. Was told about a day on the next job, turned into two and a half. I was told I would be getting a call back from the manager and both service advisors. I have received nothing. I call the service manager and left a voice mail but he has still not returned my call.
