Poor communication. Service advisors have to do better and hold tech accountable. Assuming the tech did their job is not acceptable. Charging me for things when I didn't ask for them is bad business. Not using my Lincoln warranty is a sign of incompetence and bad business on your part. Lying to me about having fixed repaired or replaced items that were supposed to be taken care of is extremely bad business. I'm in the process of reporting the service dept to corporate customer relations. This was the third time this was a complete failure. Also, how are you going to charge someone for an oil change when they didn't ask for it and the oil is still blacker than black? Try to charge me for a new battery when a new one was put in less than a year ago by another Lincoln dealer. It didn't need a new battery. They scratched my hood from two visits ago and promised they would fix it. They said they did but never did. Said they fixed the light & never did. Said they ordered the speaker and parts called me and said it was in stock!!!!! How did they not replace my speaker????? Blows my mind! Alex dropped the ball and Derrick needs more or much better training! Told me they would call me for a return visit and I'm still waiting. More

I went to buy out my lease last week Thursday. I have never felt so taken advantage of. It has been 6 days and I still do not have all of my signed paperwork and documentation. I have no idea what I have never felt so taken advantage of. It has been 6 days and I still do not have all of my signed paperwork and documentation. I have no idea what I paid for certain coverages. I was completely lied to by the finance lady who said that they were running a special on Gap insurance and that it was included when she actually charged me $1200! I still have yet to have that charge on documentation from the dealership. They added over $8600 in extras without showing me what I paid for. Nothing but miscommunication and it's been pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to me. This is the last time I will work with Heiser Ford. More
Miserable experience with this place for the last 6 months. A little insight in to how they’ve treated us: 1. Every experience we’ve had with the service center has been awful. Too many times they h months. A little insight in to how they’ve treated us: 1. Every experience we’ve had with the service center has been awful. Too many times they haven’t ordered parts for us and we have to call over a week later to follow up when they haven’t even ordered a part. they never have anything on our file about information on what needed to be ordered or history of visits. What is the point of having a file? 2. A few months ago, I sat at the service center for over three hours to go back and check on my vehicle for them to tell me it’s been parked for that long because they didn’t have the part in. Wow thanks for wasting 3 hours of my work day. 3. Now let me tell you about the sales center. They sold us a vehicle with two bad tires past the wear mark. Every experience we’ve had with a manager or someone in sales, they don’t listen to us perhaps because we are too young women. This last time we actually brought one of our fathers in, and they finally listened to us and agreed to reimburse us for the tires. They told us we needed to buy the tires at a Walmart because the two “good” tires were from Walmart and they would not be able to replace the tires for us at a dealership. We finally had the tires replaced this past weekend and I called Heiser to check in on being written in a check to be reimbursed. Well to no one’s surprise, when I called in today, they said they had nothing on record, but luckily we got it in writing because we are smart humans. We had Richard put this in writing for us. When we first went up and complained to him he barely made eye contact with us and first said “I’ll make you a deal, you buy one tire I buy one”, like it was some sketchy trade. The second we said we were going to to call Carfax and create an issue with it, he immediately came back and said OK. We are buying you two new tires. Sketchy as xxxx. Not to mention when we first went up to the desk to speak with him about it he said I’m gonna need to talk to someone else about this so we went and sat down and patiently waited. Well, while we were waiting, we just saw him shooting the xxxx with some of his buddies behind the counter laughing it seemed like he was doing nothing to help us out and we had to sit and wait for a while. 4. To top it all off when I called in today to check in on if shocks were ordered for us when we brought in our car over a week ago (for a recall), they hadn’t been ordered nor did they even have on file that we needed new shocks because they sold us a car with bad shocks as well. (In addition to bad tires yay). Update on this: the shocks did come in the next day and no one called. A week later when I called today, they told us the shocks were not in and never ordered. When I called to follow up in the afternoon, they said they had them and they were in since the 9th. It is the 15th! 5. Icing on the cake. One of the first few times we brought it into the service center. They actually locked our keys in the vehicle. More
