Our team scanned your tire pressure sensors following your afternoon service and recommended replacing the failing units. Due to the time remaining in the day, we suggested rescheduling to ensure the work was done properly and not rushed. While dealership parts and labor rates differ from bulk retailers like Costco, we regret that our communication fell short of the high standard you've come to expect from us. I guess you missed the point. I bought the truck 8 years ago and was happy with the 6 years or so. The last 2 years the service cost has gone up and service quality has gone down.
