We recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tuscon, and buying it from Harbor Hyundai was a great experience. Our sales representative, Alfredo Martinez, was very patient and willing to answer all of our questions. He was transparent and didn't try to push us into buying something we didn't want. He was able to work with us over the phone to confirm the model and color of car we were looking at was available, and we were able to negotiate to ensure our vehicle came with the assessors we wanted, but not the unnecessary extras. Their dealership was also charging more reasonable prices compared to other dealers in the area. We are so excited for our new car, and would definitely recommend Harbor Hyundai in the future! More

From start to finish this location gets it. I initially began my search on line, after a terrible buying experience at WIN Hyundai(would not recommend that location). The next day bright and ea I initially began my search on line, after a terrible buying experience at WIN Hyundai(would not recommend that location). The next day bright and early I received a call from Mac to come in. Max was impressive, very calm and down to earth salesman, personable in his approach listened to what I was looking for, I was later connected to David Davila who finished out the car buying process with me. David was heaven sent, very relaxed and welcoming in his approach which works extremely well for some as indecisive as I am. Numerous times I wanted to check this car our or that car out and then needed time to think, and I did just that(4 times to be exact) more importantly I wasn’t harassed while doing so. Only one small hiccup which happens, the car I wanted was sold, two deals being done at once on the same car(it’s life, it happens). What happened next blew my mind and this is a game changer for the car buying experience, it’s not only about making a mishap better but having integrity and acknowledging where they fell short spoke volumes as to who they were individually and professionally. David and Leonard immediately reviewed inventory and walked me around the front lot and back lot to find the car to replace the original( it was a hot and humid day). Once we found the car I was sold and to finance I went. I worked with R.C for the financing portion, I met him earlier in passing and he was hilarious and personable(red hot chili peppers for the win) and he’s is a character, he didn’t bs anything and educated me on everything finance wise. Though I had my own pre-approval he offered to seek other finance options(offered, didn’t force or come up with a crazy rule that I had to try their financing options first). I say all this to say, the team at Harbor Hyundai know what they are doing. I felt like a million bucks during the entire car buying experience, the level of professionalism is an easy 10/10. The service was impeccable and I look forward to future business. I will add that I went in with a pre-approval from Capital One, I would advise others to do the same(streamlines the process), credit unions offer the best rates! More
