Things were great until after the sale. They put an incorrect address in the registration and I never received it. I generally extend understanding when it comes to service, but in this case, I find it necessary to express my disappointment with the after-sales service I’ve experienced. While Juan was professi service, but in this case, I find it necessary to express my disappointment with the after-sales service I’ve experienced. While Juan was professional and helpful during the sales process, my interactions with Gianni (manager) and the DMV representative (Christina)have been unacceptable. During the financing stage, I was inundated with calls and emails to provide documentation — communication was relentless until the sale was complete. Unfortunately, that urgency and follow-through disappeared once the transaction was finalized. I purchased the vehicle in April, and as of July, I still have not received my tags. Despite multiple follow-up attempts via phone and email, I have received no response. This lack of accountability and poor communication is not only frustrating, it reflects a serious deficiency in your customer service process. I have never in my life written a review about a car dealership. I mean, let’s face it, usually it’s pretty much like going to the dentist. All of the excitement about getting a new car is usually drow dealership. I mean, let’s face it, usually it’s pretty much like going to the dentist. All of the excitement about getting a new car is usually drowned out by icky sales people and the feeling that somehow another you’re just getting screwed IMAGINE MY SURPRISE! Harbor Hyundai is in a class by itself. From the managers to the sales people and the finance department, everyone was just so xxxx nice and accommodating! I really felt like they had my back and wanted to make sure that I was happy and felt good about my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough and no they did not pay me to say this 😆 My sincere gratitude to Bill, Jesse, Gianni, and my personal sales associate Miguel. You all restored my faith that buying a car CAN be fun! More
