We are very happy with our recent purchase of a Santa Fe Limited from the dealership. Jack Duty, our advisor, was what made our experience especially memorable. He was very friendly and professional, and we would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a Hyundai to come in to see him first. You would not be disappointed. Alfredo in the finance department also contributed to the overall relatively relaxing and friendly atmosphere of the dealership. More

The good: Today I bought a used Ioniq 5 SE RWD for a great price in great condition from this dealer. I traded in my old ICE vehicle and got a value equal with the Kelly Blue Book online offer, so that great price in great condition from this dealer. I traded in my old ICE vehicle and got a value equal with the Kelly Blue Book online offer, so that felt like a fair trade. The staff was very friendly and, although pushy at some points during the negotiations, didn't twist my arm too hard. Just make sure you understand the basics of used car deals and what to look out for before you walk in so you know what questions to ask when you are checking out the car. The bad: I noticed the seat adjustment on the vehicle I was inspecting for purchase had a button for vertical adjustment (like any standard vehicle) but it was unresponsive. I asked the dealer if it was broken and he responded "with the basic model it likely doesn't have that function, which is only available on higher trim models". So, taking his word for it, I figured it was a new car seat design that didn't necessitate height adjustment, and the tilting function, which worked, would be enough to get comfortable. Well, after I tested the car some more, the vertical seat adjustment started working! I brought it up with the rep and he essentially told me that he just wasn't sure about the capabilities of the vehicle. This was a disappointment since I had asked him explicitly to look it up and find out if it was supposed to work or not. So, make sure you triple check anything that seems questionable and even ask to look at the vehicle manual (I asked him to look it up and assumed he had... clearly he did not, or, he decided to not tell me... both of which are not good). The ugly: I assumed because this is an electric vehicle, it would come with the basic plug for a 120v home charger. Well, surprisingly, this car doesn't include one! I only noticed this after signing the contract, and had assumed it was in the cargo space where it is typically stored. When I walked back in to ask about it, my rep simply told me that it does not come with used EVs.... It would have been nice of him to tell me that before the sale of the car. Now I have to go buy a new one for around $200. You'd think they would at least offer one at the time of me buying the car.... frustrating. BE AWARE - These are the costly ADD ONs at the point of sale: So like most car dealerships, this location will indeed have mandatory add-ons for their used vehicles, as well as a slew of optional add-ons, which will raise the overall cost of the vehicle. The mandatory add-ons that they don't tell you about until you're sitting down filling out the paperwork to finance the car included a $699.00 "Paint guard and door edge protector/wrap". Again, this is not optional, but mandatory. So, be prepared to pay for a similar add on. The tried to get me to add on extended warranty ($4K) as well as a security device ($1,500), but neither appealed to me for the price. I did get convinced to buy their 3-year paint and seat cloth "PermaPlate Appearance Protection" plan for $1500. I wasn't really interested at first, but they essentially increased the trade in value of the car I was selling them by $1,000, so as a favor back to them, I added this feature on. In hindsight, it was probably totally unnecessary, but, here I am. Overall everyone was very pleasant, and after a few hours of driving the car, everything is working just fine. Only time will tell if it was a worthwhile deal! More
