He was great too. He helped us understand all the "ins and outs" of the finances. I also appreciated talking with the owner, which happened by chance. I used to own a business and I remember someone sharing with me that "even in a grocery store you can tell what kind of manager or owner runs the business". "Birds of a feather flock together". So, I was not surprised to realize that the owner reflects the same kind of caring personality. I sensed "young energy" in the business, excitement, rather than "business as usual". I found the car I wanted online and James answered my phone call. I went to the dealership an hour later and he had the car pulled and ready to view. I took a long time to make my decision and he patiently explained all the options the car had and the pros and cons of the model I wanted (a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid). I took a very long time to compare buying vs leasing and James was very patient with me, explaining the differences and even bringing over the manager on occasion to help with questions. James is very knowledgeable on Hyundais and answered all my questions. I leased my car and drove it home that eve. After the purchase, James took me out to the car and helped me program the XM stations and sync the bluetooth with my phone and made sure I understood every feature of the car. I highly recommend James at Harbor Hyundai. More
