I BROUGHT THAT TO HIS ATTENTION, AND HE SEEMED DISMAYED AS TO WHY HE HAD AGREED ON THE LESSER PRICE, BUT I SHOWED HIM THE PRINTOUT THAT HE HAD GIVEN ME, A PRICE AGREED UPON FROM TRUECAR.COM, AND HE RELENTED TO THE PREVIOUS AMOUNT. ALL WARRANTEE WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED IN A VERY WORKMANLIKE MANNER, WITH NO CHARGES UP TO THIS POINT. THE SERVICE MANAGER HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL, AND THE CAR HAS BEEN READY WHEN HE SAID IT WOULD BE READY, THAT'S A BIG PLUS! More
