My overall experience was pretty good. I sent them the paperwork in advance so that I didn't have to spend hours there purchasing the car. Everyone was really nice and the process went smoothly. My only problem was that they didn't leave any gas in the car. I had to fill up just to get home. I have purchased two previous new and two previous used cars in my life and they all came with a full tank of gas. It may not be a big deal to some people but for me it's the little things. Had I noticed it prior to signing the documents I would have been willing to walk away from the sale. It just doesn't sit well with me that I spent over $20k with a dealer and they couldn't even give me a tank of gas. More

From the time that I was initially scouting -he knows upfront that there will not be a sale that day, but he kept going answering questions, discussing pro's and cons, how financing works (this is our first time to trade in a car) and providing some initial figures to see if this can actually work with our tight budget. He has basically empowered us to make an informed decision by providing us all the right tools and data that we need without making us feel pressured into doing something that we are not prepared to do. Overall, the family is happy with the purchase (done the following day) and this has been a very painless experience. Early on, noticed an issue with the steering on my 2013 sonata gls and after a brief misunderstanding (scott, the service manager, tho comfortable. Early on, noticed an issue with the steering on my 2013 sonata gls and after a brief misunderstanding (scott, the service manager, thought i was just not used to the electronic steering) i was asked to bring in the car. Ed, one of the mangers, personally took a drive with me and acknowledged some issues. He was very professional and easy to talk to and in addition was very obviously experienced. Ed referred me back to Scott who personally took care of everything from then on. Scott was very professional and sort of the "old school" type of guy who tells it as it is (Scott is also very obviously experienced.) I was impressed because i did not have to go through a lot of the hoops in regards to the steering issue on my sonata that a lot of other people are dealing with. Scott found the problem, no runarounds, and he just replaced the entire steering module along with some fine tuning in the electronic steering and it seems to have fixed the "wandering" issue. I am extremely happy with my sonata now and this dealership has been an important aspect of my satisfaction. They are obviously taking customer satisfaction seriously and i am even more confident in my purchase at Harbour Hyundai. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a hyundai. More
