Overall the greatest experience possible. After leaving another dealership (Mission Hills) it was a breath of fresh air to work with Ken and his team at Harbor Hyundai. Ken treated us like family and have another dealership (Mission Hills) it was a breath of fresh air to work with Ken and his team at Harbor Hyundai. Ken treated us like family and have already referred him to our family (we had over 30 people over for Easter) and friends. UPDATE: I was contacted by Harbor Hyundai. They apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, c apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, change every 7500 miles and the oil changes will cost around $70. Well we waited the full 7500 miles Mr Kraft told us to do. Turns out, he was wrong and lied. We need regular oil and change every 3000 miles. When I called him up to ask about what he had said, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him. All I wanted to know is what kind of oil my brand new Hyundai Accent takes. He spent 45 minutes trying to deny what he said. He did not know what kind of oil was used after the 45 minutes. I was shocked when he accused me of "fishing" for something. Are you kidding me? Mr. Kraft needs to grow up and take responsibility for his mistakes, and learn the info of the products he is selling. Very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I always felt like I was being helped and wasn't being forced to buy something. Even though the first day I was just looking James took good care of me. I was also considering a Ford at the time, but the dealership next door was extremely unhelpful, and dismissive as soon as they found out I wasn't buying anything that day. I got the best deal through the internet at this dealership. I drove an hour to get there but it was worth it. It took one hour to check out the car and complete all the paperwork including financin dealership. I drove an hour to get there but it was worth it. It took one hour to check out the car and complete all the paperwork including financing. It was so quick they were still washing and preping the car when we finished with the paperwork. I was driving away with my new car in 1hour and 20 minutes. This was the easiest car I have ever bought. No hassle or any pressure from the dealer. I highly recommend this dealership and Ruben Ruiz. My husband and I were going to just look for a used Hyundai and not purchase on this day. We were greeted by Ken Bundy, and he showed us a few older cars. I bought my first Hyundai from Harbor back in 2008. I bought my second one back in 2010 and I just now bought my third one. I only shopped dealers the first time. After that, I just keep going back to Ha bought my second one back in 2010 and I just now bought my third one. I only shopped dealers the first time. After that, I just keep going back to Harbor.
