UPDATE: I was contacted by Harbor Hyundai. They apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, c apologized for the miscommunication. I bought a Accent from Mr Kraft. When he was selling us the car, he told us that it takes synthetic oil, change every 7500 miles and the oil changes will cost around $70. Well we waited the full 7500 miles Mr Kraft told us to do. Turns out, he was wrong and lied. We need regular oil and change every 3000 miles. When I called him up to ask about what he had said, I spent 45 minutes on the phone with him. All I wanted to know is what kind of oil my brand new Hyundai Accent takes. He spent 45 minutes trying to deny what he said. He did not know what kind of oil was used after the 45 minutes. I was shocked when he accused me of "fishing" for something. Are you kidding me? Mr. Kraft needs to grow up and take responsibility for his mistakes, and learn the info of the products he is selling. More

I got the best deal through the internet at this dealership. I drove an hour to get there but it was worth it. I bought my first Hyundai from Harbor back in 2008. I bought my second one back in 2010 and I just now bought my third one. I only shopped dealers the first time.
