I would like to offer the highest commendation to the fleet/internet salesperson, Mike Casalegno. He was very formal, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. Even more importantly, he was 100% honest during all stages of the negotiation process. Personally, I don't think the purchase process could have gone any more perfectly or smoothly. Mike Casalegno was even willing to pick me up at the location where I sold my other vehicle as a private sale. I am truly impressed with his service and commitment. Also, I wanted to give credit to Bryan Presley because he was so helpful during the process when Mike was not in the office. I went to 3 other Hyundai dealerships and they all blew me off. I decided to call Harbor Hyundai, which is about an hour away from where I live, and was put thru to Junior, who immediately helped me.
