The dealership fixed what they were supposed to fix but the customer service was below average. Another mechanic said my motor mounts needed to be replaced because my car was shaking while idle. The dealership said 2 techs checked and it felt normal to them a did no work or replace the motor mounts on my Suburban. I was on hold way to long just to be passed around multiple times to end up needing a call back. I’ll never go back. More
