My experience buying from this dealership was truly something to say the least. ** Excellent Experience and Customer Service** I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach. From the moment I stepped in I knew I was in great hands. I was greete recently purchased a Chevy Silverado from Harbor Chevrolet in Long Beach. From the moment I stepped in I knew I was in great hands. I was greeted and assisted by Sergio Naverette whom was knowledgeable on the vehicle and models in question. He displayed transparency, honesty, respectfulness and patience while helping me find the perfect trim to fit my wants and needs. At no point in our conversation did I feel pushed to make a decision, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I also was provided a test drive with Eddie Sandoval, who was very patient with me and took the time to show me the use of awesome features within the vehicle. He was very well educated on the latest technology within the vehicle and was kind enough to provide responses to questions I had. About a week after my purchase I was surprised to receive a follow up call from Sergio who wanted to check in on my recent purchase to ensure I was satisfied. This is what I call excellent customer service! There was nothing short of professionalism displayed by Sergio and Eddie.
