I just had an amazing experience with Harbor Chevrolet buying a 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV yesterday. I negotiated the price over the phone as I’m not nearby and was able to get a great car at a reasonable price, and they held the car for me until I could arrive later that day. The deal promised on the phone was what I received - honest salespeople. Teresa Martin Palacios was the best part of this purchase. She walked me through the numbers over the phone and gave me exact numbers I would be paying. After I got to the dealership and signed the papers to buy the car, Teresa then sat down with me and spent a long time with me. The deal was done and I owned the car and was not expecting this quality of customer service after the sale. Teresa helped me setting up my car on the Chevy app so I can remote start and monitor my car, she answered the many many questions I had about the app, and the car. Teresa then introduced me to Jason Eiler who is a Southern California electric car service trainer specialist. Jason was happy to spend time walking me through the actual car - popping the hood and explaining what I was seeing in the electric car I was purchasing. I had many questions about an electric vehicle as I never had one before and he was happy to spend the time answering and explaining. It didn’t matter that it was raining and we were getting wet. I’ve never had such a great experience buying a car before - Harbor Chevrolet has renewed my ability to trust in a dealership. You should definitely give them a try! More
